I had planned to order a PS5 online. However, I made the decision to go into the store on Friday to pick it up. I was greeted by a sales assistant who was genuinely kind and looked eager to assist; I had the impression that I had traveled back in time to a time when customer service existed. Many thanks, buddy
Terrible customer service
Worst customer service 0 out of 10. Delivery 0 out of 10. Ordered a product never received item called for them to basically say it was forgot about then they would deliver urgently and the item still never arrived, and apprently they just cancelled it without anyone knowing why. 3 people on seperate occasions said they would call me back, again never happned. Now still waiting on my refund for the TV that was apprently 25 min down the road. never again will shop here.
The cashier was really un respectful and touch my hand really gross when I was handling the products that I was going to shop, apart from this fact, the electronic signature was not working and I had to pass my credit card for a second time. The cashier (a man with glasses ) made a joke about my nationality, and he was kind of flirting in a really grossly manner.
I ordered a trampoline online just to find out my order was cancelled without my knowledge. I only know it was cancelled from tracking my order number through the Big W order tracking system.
we ordered some online products from BigW, there were meant to arrive on the 19/08/21. Today 13/09/21 and we have not received anything. We have attempted to call big W several times. The calls were and are not answered. They placed you in the queue (with music) for even up to a hour and nothing happens. Their web page shows our product as Shipped, Au Post said Big W needs to contact them.... so we are in the middle.
BigW has the worst customer service I have seen in my whole life. I dont think that our calls were in a queue or someone was to pick up the phone.
It is a 1300 number that forces the call to pay for it. It is a disgrace.

Big thank you to the lady who does the lay by at loganholme superdome. I was after a trampoline and stock was low. The man who first served me spent 20minutes searching out the back to only find double ups of box 1 and no box 2. He was ready to send me else where which was fair enough, when this lovely lady overheard and took it upon her self to recheck. Another 15min later she came out cheering as she had found the other box and I could purchase right there and then! I was so thankful for her putting in that little bit of effort when she wasn’t even serving me to ensure I got what I needed rather than putting it in the to hard basket and sending me to another store. Great work by all involved! Thank you!
