Swapping items
City where company is located (optional): Gordon

Trying to exchange some of the online purchases as I was given gifts that I have already. but.. when I tried to swapped it with other items the man who assisted me wasn't helpful.it says online that it's still on sale. But I had a hard time finding the on sale products as it doesn't have the prices on them. So, I have to check on my phone or kept asking staff if it's on sale. Instead of helping me by showing which ones are on sale.. the seller guy told me to have a seat (no seat found) and check it online one by one?? Thats me holding my crying baby. What a stressful day. And wanting to return some items that I have purchased from different store. But was told i have to go back to where i purchased the products. Went back to North Ryde and assisted by staff well and much helpful. Also, the on sale products has price tags on it made it much easier to see which are which.

Click and Collect

After following the email advice, I arrived at the store, the instructions told me to wait in my car and someone would bring the items to me, I'm not lazy, I just find it extremally difficult and painful to walk or carry any items over 2 kg. After waiting for over 30 mins, I decided to go into the store and find out what was happening. The lady said "here are your 2 Air purifiers you need to purchase 2 surge protectors for them" I told her that I have surge protectors already. She said " good bye" and walked away, leaving me to then carry these heavy items out to the car myself. Disgusting service, will not shop at Harvey Norman again.

Purchase of items and not delivered and no any proper information
City where company is located (optional): Orange

Complain regarding the service that I received from Harvey Norman Orange.
I bought LG TV on 2nd October from Harvey Norman orange and reassured me that it will be delivered on 2-3 business days to mudgee as I disclosed them my address earlier.
To my surprise, still I have not received the item yet and I am calling daily to get an update and I am always told that it will be tomorrow and its been 17 days now and still nothing has been done.
Also once I bought, after a week I was also told its out of stock and needs to wait for LG store to deliver but I made a payment when they told me there was 2 stock.
Its too frustating to deal with these things and the staffs are not giving the true information. No proper comminication and no response while chasing for the item to be delivered.

Click and collect
City where company is located (optional): Melbourne

I placed an online order for click and collect, waited over 4 hours for a confirmed “come pick up your goods”. I called the store that I had selected to pick up from, they had no such order! I re scanned my emails only to find that my order had been cancelled with no reason or explanation!!! The money came out of my account within minutes of me finalising the order, so now I am $1349.00 out of pocket and no product or an active order!!! Thanks Harvey Norman, you’ve lost me as a future customer. Why was my order cancelled?

Laser DVD player
City where company is located (optional): Warrawong

Harvey Norman has the worse after sales service I’ve experienced. Bought a DVD player. Experienced a problem with it. Used their texting service to let them know. Got a return text. We will contact you shortly it stated. Three days later, nothing. Called the store. Sales person stated he would look into the issue with the DVD player and call me back that day. Never did. Tried a third option which was Harvey’s return call service. Filled it out online. Got a message stating they would call within 24 hours. Four days later still waiting. A week after making my purchase and contacting Harvey Norman using three seperate methods I still have no return text or call and I still have a DVD player that doesn’t function correctly. Harvey Norman couldn’t care less once they have your money it seems.
