ANZ complaints number & email.
I banked with the ANZ for twenty years and got sick of their incompetence so I changed banks. I closed my credit card two months ago and was told it would take a few days so they could check for outstanding transactions. That time passed and I heard nothing from them. Fast forward two months and they have sent a demand letter with penalties attached with no correspondence beforehand or even saying what the amount relates to. I have complained to the ombudsman yet again....... They are scum, total scum! If I am ever on a jury for a gun-toting bank robber I will find them not guilty based on the karma defence!
BEEN TRYING NOW SINCE 11AM TO GET SOMEBODY TO UNBLOCK MY CREDIT CARD.

(1)cut off (2) cut off both 30 minutes each time.
THen you call complaints , this is as long as the normal phone, i AM STILL WAITING STILL NOBODY!!!
THIS BANK HAVE PROFITS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BUT ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE AWEFUL!!
