Because this branch is near to our house, we visit it frequently. The warehouse in Gral is orderly and attractive. Most employees are happy to assist. The coffee shop's owner is a nice woman. She provides excellent service and is always courteous. We have several good reasons to adore shopping at this Bunnings. Additionally, occasionally there are excellent special offers. Guys, keep up the wonderful work!
I was to receive a phone call today with prices after giving all my information online
Not Happy
click and collect to boot is suppose to be easy and fast well no one answered the phone number when i went into the store he forgot to turn the phone on so i collected the items myself
what a waste of time next time straight to MYTRE10
Wanted to exchange a leaking umbrella for another one but staff REFUSED me, some of the staff are very rude and ignorant, won’t show you where items are just tell you any aisle. ROCKDALE BRANCH THE WORST OF THE LOT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU LOOK FOR ITEMS AND WILL REFUSE TO ORDER IT FOR YOU. All staff need renewed training or sacking. Had one staff member refer to me as “ A LAZY AND STUPID BITCH”.
Do not send any emails to the above address
A Bunnings team member who had acknowledged me and said he'll be right with me, as another team member called him over to sort something out. So I patiently waited. Soon after, he was approached by another customer. He threw a couple of looks my way, then walked off with the other customer, leaving me standing there and not getting another team member to assist me.
You treat your customers with such contempt and lack of professionalism, they won't come back.
Ordered AC Unit on line Nov 12, 2021. Delivery 10-14 days.... When no show, was given alternate dates none of which materialised. I found a near identical model in Smithfield Store and asked them to transfer my order to the in store one, cancelling the existing order. Order cancelled immidiately, no apology and impossible to transfer the order. Shit service!

I visited this store on 1,9,2021 was fronted by a very angry woman security guard and a bunnings staff member who bailed me up in car park after getting out of my car. Both wearing uniforms stating to remain 1.5mtres at all times.
Firstly I was abused by the staff member at 1 foot away and then walked up to within inches away as if to try and make me walk back, as i stood my ground and asked why security and abuse i was then dealing with this huge kiwi female security person who then walked right up to me and as the verbal abuse continues she is breathing in my face at 3-4 inches away as we are in a lock down at this stage i found this od as to the 1.5 mtr on uniforms, and as i make mention of this she continues to try and make me walk back by her continuing breathing and stepping into my personal safe space as the bunnings staff member continues with his abuse and refusal to help me as a customer with disabilities, as i refused to keep stepping back due to injuries she the guard said if i dont leave she will remove me? I told her out right that you have no rights or power to touch me or control me what so ever by laws.
She and the staff member yelled if you dont leave the area police will be contacted.
My reply was call the cops as i am not or havent done anything wrong and I will be looking forward to see what the cops will do, considering im sure they have something better to do besides being involved in your attempts of try to manipulate and control a person.
I then walked off and purchased the item at autobarn only 400 mts from bunnings and purchased what i needed.
Since then i had returned to bunnings and found that the item i had got elsewhere was far cheaper and better quality and was also a larger item at a cheaper price.
I have also noticed over time bunnings is not competitive to stores elsewhere and infact some items are same price as supermarkets and cheap stores and in some ites others stores are infact cheaper and pays to shop and stay vigilant with prices of other stores.
On my next visit to store on 24/11/21 i was asked by security staff to provide covid certificate of which i had on my phone, but as i couldnt find it due to trying to see a screen in full sun light and wearing transition glasses i cant see the screen on phone.
I was asked to go over to another guard at the timber area who could assist with the phone, whilst i was there and she cant help she then called a staff member to come out and try help.
This staff member was the one of the previous episodes and rang police making up allegations against me using company policies as his power!, well because i couldnt find the vac certificate in the phone after sitting in the full sun for 20 minutes i then got in car to leave and go to medicare for a printed version only to find i am stopped at carpark exit by 6 police people M+F, who then asked me about everything so i explained what I was doing there just to get a bag of lime. Nothing more.
Police then asked staff about the intended purchase the staff member gave police a for printed out with a BARING ORDER i laughed at the cops and explained the past incidents i have had with this staff member, the cops said sign this to agree to the order, ha ha ha i stated i dont have to sign bloody nothing and allowing this staff member to control me as a customer. As police was good about my explanation they then allowed me to leave and refused to sign a dam thing.
I went and spent my money in a nearby hardware 3 treets away from bunnings who was happy to greet me and provide the item and service i would expect as a customer.
Now its a week later i have decided now im going to follow up and make an effort to report this to bunnings head office and also the ACCC, as i am victimised and manipulated by this bunnings staff member who has a personal vendetta against me as a person and previose many years as a customer of a past buisness.
I do now wish to hold bunnings accountable for the actions of the swanhill store and the staff member of the issues.
This store never had one (in any size or shape)metal hanging basket hangers, come on Bunnings this is ridiculous, especially when a staff member told me the bigger stores take their stock, this small Bunnings is perfect for me,the staff are wonderful, but if the basic stock isn’t there I may as well go to my local hardware store.🌟🌟🌟tried to do three stars wouldn’t let me go past two stars
On 13 Nov 2021 at 5.55pm I called Blacktown Bunnings to confirm a recent purchase of outdoor lounge set.
I waited on the lone for 5 min and finally my call was answered only to listen to an Bunnings employee idiot taking to a colleague about trollies. They then hung up on me. I call again and wait a further more 8 min. They answer say hello and hang up on me. I call again and wait a further 10 min. They answer , say nothing and hang up. I call again, wait on the line for 12 min, they pick up and cut me off.
I call again and wait 15 Bloody minutes and no answer at all so I hung up at 6.35pm .
Seriously Blacktown Bunnings all I wanted to do was TELL you that I wanted to confirm my delivery date and make sure you don't God forsaken delivery my lounges on Monday because I am not going to be home.
Who the hell do these employees think they are. How disrespectful Blacktown Bunnings. I am seriously considering cancelling my order and going to Smart or another outdoor furniture supplier. Our you idiots don't want to work then don't. Give your job to someone who wants to work in customer service role.
I am so disappointed and will NEVER EVER buy anything from Blacktown Bunnings in my life.
How rude!
