worst delivery company bws most expensive go to first choice liquer better service not thieives like bws funny cant use one star joke.....
I have ordered delivery from BWS many times. Delivery was timely, delivery personnel helpful and friendly & the whole experience very good (apart from having to check multiple stores for product availability when trying to order more than 1 or 2 of something).
In the past few weeks I have ordered delivery twice. Both times I received notification within a few minutes that my order was packed and ready for delivery. Both times I then received a further text from Yello (around an hour later) telling me that my order was being prepared(?), and that delivery was approximately an hour away - an estimate that kept being extended. Both times the store in question is approximately a 14 minute drive away (I don't have a car and am currently unable to travel).
I don't know if BWS have changed their delivery partner, but I never had a single problem until I started getting texts from Yello about my deliveries. Now the service is appalling. BWS might save a few bucks with possibly cheaper delivery providers, but I suspect they're going to lose many more customers than would make it worthwhile.
Unless you have many hours to wait, and like being stuffed around and lied to, give BWS delivery (at least in Melbourne) a miss.
Was descusted at the wsy i was spoken and treated to especially so early in the morning. Wil never shop there again and will let every one i know not to shop their. There was no need for her to speak the way she did. if I spoke to my customers the same way i would have been written up or possibly lost my job.
No greeting no thank you no eye contact to busy talking to other staff members poor service
A rather unpleasant and confrontational server told us in no uncertain terms that we could not use a photo of our woolies reward card. A rather ridiculous situation considering we are TOLD to use the photo by ALL woolies grocery staff. This is nonsensical as only one card could ever be used for any one transaction. Fraud could not be an issue, so why is this stupid policy put in place randomly? She said that it could be somebody elses card. So what! It could still only be used once. An unbelievable company policy that is adhered to by some and ignored by majority. Only small business but you have lost ours.
