Got my gear, paid in cash, when asking for a receipt was told I should have asked for it earlier. Then told me not to come back. I asked for manager and the young man told me he was the manager. Heaven help us with service like that. Cannot complain to BWS as their complain line does not have a human contact.
reported to the retailer a package of dry and stale cigarettes that Uber had delivered via BWS. Without even asking, a brand-new packet of smokes was on my doorway an hour later. Bravo to Riley at BWS Southport Park, who resolved this without my asking by calling his manager after hours. It arrived at my door an hour after I reported it. I have to admit that this is the best BWS service I have ever had. Regards, Riley! Outstanding client support.
The service and advice just isnt there any more.the place is going to the wall
I only give one Star 🌟
Hello, I was just at bws buying some liquor for a present for Christmas, I got my daughter with me to help me out and carry the stuff and was refused to be served because my daughter was holding the liquor while I was grabbing my money out which we don’t drink either I am 46 years old I don’t drink alcohol never she told me that I was buying for my daughter which was very rude and I never allow my children to drink at 16 even at 20 I don’t allow them to if I can strongly stop that I was treated very rudely spoken to, very weak customer service, the manger came out and he said stuck to the employees side which is very wrong and rude I’ve been in the same liquor shop 2 days ago with my 13 year old boy to hold a box of beer for me because I was getting presents for friends I do have a bad back and nothing was said to me then, this lady has given me poor service a few times now she’s been picking at the wrong people which is going to make a big complain about her and north orange bws
I put a review in a couple of days ago still not been posted about rude and arrogant store manger at manly west they seem to like crawlers
Complained about store manager at the manly west store Brisbane he’s rude to the customers and treats staff badly in front customers not a nice person was told by area manager he would look in to and let me know the outcome haven’t heard a thing shows they really don’t care won’t be going back going to celebrations now
Double charged my credit card on almost all occassions. Complaints line not answered (only had shop opening times on auto loop)
worst delivery company bws most expensive go to first choice liquer better service not thieives like bws funny cant use one star joke.....
I have ordered delivery from BWS many times. Delivery was timely, delivery personnel helpful and friendly & the whole experience very good (apart from having to check multiple stores for product availability when trying to order more than 1 or 2 of something).
In the past few weeks I have ordered delivery twice. Both times I received notification within a few minutes that my order was packed and ready for delivery. Both times I then received a further text from Yello (around an hour later) telling me that my order was being prepared(?), and that delivery was approximately an hour away - an estimate that kept being extended. Both times the store in question is approximately a 14 minute drive away (I don't have a car and am currently unable to travel).
I don't know if BWS have changed their delivery partner, but I never had a single problem until I started getting texts from Yello about my deliveries. Now the service is appalling. BWS might save a few bucks with possibly cheaper delivery providers, but I suspect they're going to lose many more customers than would make it worthwhile.
Unless you have many hours to wait, and like being stuffed around and lied to, give BWS delivery (at least in Melbourne) a miss.
