I would like to thank Ms. Kirra from Centrelink's older Australian phone service for her 5-star review. I was lucky to speak with Ms. Kirra today after attempting to modify my income reporting date twice without success over the phone with Centrelink. She answered my question right away, offering kind, effective service deserving of the greatest praise. I'm happy to award her five stars for her excellent help.

all services offices I spoke to. Jobseeker area
City where company is located (optional): who knows now days 🙁

Nothing but trouble. Can't get straight answers, different answers to same questions from different service officers, one called another a liar because they gave me a wrong answer. Couldn't understand the person so they transferred me & it hung up. Many times I have been hung up on by the switchboard. With an hour waiting time, it's not acceptable! Fix your transfer switchboard, its faulty.
