We require an e-ftpos for our business. The directors were not given accurate information. It was an intricate matter. We went up to the CBA Norwest Teller. After some time, she recommended that we speak with Jeya Ganesh, a business banking expert who was able to identify the issue after speaking with us and resolve it fairly instantly.

This bank is worse than a horror movie. They lie cheat and scam you.
Every number is a 13 .... number and we are on hold for ages. I wanted to seek confirmation that I was being scammed. (or not). My blood pressure raised to a very high degree. Every number I rang (13 ...) put me on hold. I went into my bank at ipswich on the next working day and was told "this happens all the time".
How insensitive. My accounts were checked and found no money was taken.
I needed to know that on the Friday afternoon when I got the scam call. But no-one spoke to me when I tried to establish what I should, or should not do.
Rating is required. There is nothing lower than one. I want minus 5.
