Delivery or steal?
City where company is located (optional): Adelaide

Yesterday morning, I got the message from DHL that my parcel has been delivered. I check the email and find the address is wrong. So it is the mistake of the shipper. I called DHL directly and told the customer service staff named Pete and asked him what I can do to get my package back? He said "no worries, the driver can drive back and deliver to you again today ". Anyway,I feel surprised with their awesome service. So I did not drive to that address to get my parcel back by myself. I just trust them and think they will deliver for me. I waited at home all afternoon, nobody delivered the parcel. No feedback. When I called them again,Pete said he needs more information and I should call him tomorrow. So I called them this morning. Still the same customer service Pete told me "we did everything right ,you should contact with shipper not us !" I feel weird why his attitude is so different from yesterday. Anyway I drive to that address they delivered. And the lady living in that house told me the parcel has been taken by the man who drive the yellow car (DHL car) yesterday afternoon. So that means the driver came back in the afternoon and took the parcel but he did not deliver to me . Also the customer service just let me stay at home for all day and make sure the driver can get the parcel not me. I feel so disappointed with these people who destroyed DHL brand image. I use DHL a lot every year, but from now on, I will never us them. The customer service and the driver work together to cheat the customers .How horrible!

Absolute mess of redirecting parcels! redirected my parcel on the Thursday, after two phone calls it was confirmed, my iMac would arrive the following day. The following day, however, the parcel was sent to a third-party courier in the morning to be delivered the Friday afternoon. Neither DHL nor Zoom2u were able to locate my parcel, both pointing fingers at each over where my parcel was. With both companies badly at fault of poor communication, I now have to spend this weekend unable to work. After spending 3hrs wasting my time calling customer service it was clear this was pointless. WARNING do not redirect your order, if possible, go with a courier that doesn’t lose track of orders.

DHL lied about having attempted delivery of a new tv to my home. I waited all day and no one came. I have a toddler and am 9 months pregnant and spent the whole day waiting for nothing. The following day my husband called and the woman said it would come that day. Again it never showed. I called the following day and the woman said it was never booked for delivery and so the first two attempts at communicating with DHL were met with lies. This woman then tells me she will book it in for delivery the following day which is today (Friday). I waited until midday and nothing arrived so I called again and another woman told me the tv was on the truck out for delivery but she couldn’t give me a time and that she would pass me on to the depot and they would call me within the hour. Two hours later the depot calls me and says “would you like to book your delivery for Monday or Tuesday?” So again the previous woman that said it was on the truck for delivery today was LYING. The woman telling me I had to wait until Monday was useless and offered no help or apology. DHL are a useless and awful delivery service and are completely incapable of making something convenient. I’m giving birth next week and now also have to wait around and hope that my tv will be delivered before I go into labour.
