The young man who delivered my package today was captured on camera checking to make sure no one was home for a considerable amount of time. HIGH SCORES! EXCELLENT SERVICE: He then located a place to conceal the package and made sure it remained dry.
I wish I could have expressed my gratitude to him in person.

Non Delivery
City where company is located (optional): North Geelong

I had packages sent from China and they arrived in North Geelong Victoria at 11.37AM on Tuesday 6 April 2021. The packages were listed to be delivered on Friday 9 April 2021 - Delivery time up to 10.00PM.
On Thursday 8 April AM, I called the FedEx line and when connected to an operator and asked could I pick up the packages from North Geelong as it was ONLY 6.1 kms from the delivery address for the packages. The lady said she would get in touch with the centre and get back to me - THIS SHE NEVER DID. That afternoon I phoned again and after 35 minutes waiting to be connected to an operator I gave up.
As the delivery date was the next day I left it and waited in all day and by 10.00PM NO DELIVERY HAD BEEN MADE.
These packages had been in your centre 6.1 kms away from delivery address for four days, I feel that the money I paid for the delivery was not justified for slow, slow delivery and this cost me OVER US$300.00. AS I am a business this will have consequences as these good were for a client that had to be delivered by me on Monday 12 April.
You did not even have the manners to firstly phone me back on Thursday or let me know you had NO INTENION to deliver the packages on Friday 9 April as ALL your tracking information stated from when the packages were in China on 25 March 2021
