Good Guys Australia complaints number & email.
Disgusted with service today. No staff approached us even though there was only 1 other customer in the store. After quite a while we approached the front desk where there were 3 staff members. No one asked if we needed help even when they obviously heard us say that we were sick of waiting and were leaving. We then went to Harvey Norman where we were approached by a friendly Staff member and so we spent our money there.
Won’t be going back. The Good Guys at Maitland told me to take microwave back to nearest store, which was Taren Point , which I did. No refund . Looked at a microwave on sale , but not off the docks yet. Could be a month wait. So then when leaving store I asked if they could dispose the microwave. To which I was told to take it round the back and maybe they will take it. I took it home & dumped it myself. I will be going to Bing Lee.
Bought brand new tv from good guys not the only purchase in this order however tv screen was delivered smashed upon requesting replacement rude sales staff had to put me onto manager all i wanted was my new tv now have store display model still hasnt been delivered now find out my delivery day is tomorrow not today as promised worst experience ever and note im paying cash not finance which shouldnt matter either way but this is disgraceful
