I would rate the service as zero. Very poor customer service and to hard to contact the customer care. I found 3 numbers however none were the customer service numbers.

I will never buy from Good Guys again. I've bought 23L LG NeoChef Smart microwave. Rust started to develop inside microwave less then 10 month of use. It is under LG warranty policy, the Good Guys didn't give me full refunt for the faulty product. Instead gave me dirty loan microvawe and two month after nothing is happening. Do not by from Good Guys, go to Costco and you can get full refund without any difficulties.

Good afternoon,

My wife and i bught a Heier fridge from Helensvale store through Keya, around 2 months ago. After only a month of use, the fridge stopped working, stopped cooling.
My wife contacted the customer service then, on the 14th of June, trying to solve the problem as quick as possible once we have 2 little kids and one had gotten sick due food poisoning already.
So after contacting customer service, my wife at home with 2 little kids, waited 2 WEEKS from her first contact to someone come home and say "Yeah, you will need a new part. You need to order through CS..." We were like, No shit, Really?!

So after calling back customer service she heard from a lady... "we don't have the part in stock, you will have to wait... and still polite, my wife said but I already waited a week and I said the fridge wasn't working it needs to be replaced. And the lady with attitude replied ""There are people waiting weeks for their washing machines."" ??? Really??? You think a washing machine is as important as a household as a fridge?!? Wow!!

Then, with time going past and no one doing anything, we lost a couple of hundreds in food, needed to buy a second hand fridge to have where to store food, and as today, 5th of July, 21 DAYS LATER, THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED!!! Where, going back to the store trying to get an answer, my wife heard again that THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO!! A brand new fridge, there's nothing they can do and she needs to claim it online with the manufacturer. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE!!!

One of the best parts is that Keya, the "attendant" who did the sales process, told me with exactly those words.. ""Don't worry, leave it with me. I will make the claim for you as it is quicker and better than if you do yourself online"" Of course, inpatient, I was like, no no lady, I want to do this asap and make sure it will get done.. then when she turned and said.. ""Sir, if I'm telling you I'm gonna do, you can make sure I will !!.. so I was like ok, now, after you said that, I really hope you actually do something and I will appreciate that, let's see if you can keep with your words.

Then, she didn't do anything!!! Had the week off and my wife and kids home for another week without our brand new fridge problem being solved, without a fridge.

I had purchased something in June 2019 and I purchased Concierge benefits. I just got 1 or 2 $20 Rewards coupon and then never received any email or text. I have been following up the team in call center for last 2 weeks now and they told me that last message/Reward I got was on 13 Feb 2020. My question is when you sell this you say we will get $20 for 3 years, what happened to that, Its a breach of contract .
Worst is inspite of following so many times in emails and calls, I just get a message yesterday $20 saying that my record is up to date

What s stupid thing, you send me a voucher after 1.5 yrs and say its upto date

I am going to go to Ombudsman and as per Australian consumer Law you have breached contract and not paid me my rewards

Can't believe it!We were book a fridge and a dryer together on last Friday night, said will deliver them to us on Sunday. But we only got a dryer on Sunday. We were calling the staff on Tuesday, said will coming on Wednesday, but not come. Then we called on Wednesday, not come again! Today is Thursday, said will come during 3pm to 6pm. It’s 4pm now, no message, no further contact. Seems like will not come again! We were talking our foods all out of our old fridge, again and again. I don’t know when can I get my fridge. Always said because the system problem, how could we solve this problem? Don’t want to say good guys, want to say “bad guys”!

Very upset about the service iv received. Called to see if my laptop was ready to be pick up after I’d had some damaged done to it. I had only received a text message from them to say the laptop was ready which I hadn’t seen come up on my phone. Called today to see if they had finally finished with it to find they decided I hadn’t gotten in contact with them soon enough and got told they had thrown my laptop out. I’d asked what am I supposed to do that I’d paid for the laptop and that they had thrown it out to be told it wasn’t there problem. Don’t see how the store has a right to throw out a product that I have paid for. A phone call to tell me it was ready would have been appreciated

aircon delivery and installation

Purchased an airconditioner on 26/5 for delivery 27th. After two reschedules still no unit. Was supposed to be installed 3/6 was assured by sales person this wouldnt change. Installer calls today to say cant do until 9th. If you are going to use contractors their service is a reflection of your company. Should have gone to Harvey Normans like we did with last two, delivered and installed on time with no fuss. Shame cant give a zero rating as didnt even get service in store. Waited 35mins to get someone to take my money and they didnt even have to sell it to me .

I have never been treated so poorly by a retailer in all of my life! Over-rated by 1 star.
I purchased a Breville Barista Pro which did not work properly out of the box. The espresso was not hot enough and after the first couple of cups never in the correct infusion range (only reaching pre-infusion). When I returned it they took out out the back and came back a couple of minutes later telling me that it was working fine. I wanted to see this and when they showed me (using their own beans) it was still not working correctly. They avoided the issue of infusion/lack of heat and went on about how to steam the milk, how to do this and that... I should throw my beans away because that was the problem. After making a coffee one of them said to me "that's a perfect espresso and perfectly hot at 92degrees, HERE STICK YOUR FINGER IN THAT". I was shocked at this suggestion and looking around for a thermometer asked him how he knew that it was 92 degrees. "Because that's the temperature that the Breville Machines put their espresso out at", he rudely replied. Are The Good Guys unaware of Workplace Health and Safety guidelines? I left knowing that I would be back but next time I was going to speak to the manager. I returned a couple of days later after using a thermometer to discover that the hot water coming out of my tap at home was hotter than the espresso or the hot water coming out of the group head or the boiling water (for tea) function. When I returned I was shocked to discover that I had been dealing with the manager the entire time...that was who had told me to stick my finger in a supposed 92 degrees of boiling water! He refused to swap the machine for another, which is what I wanted, gave me a refund and told me to go to another retailer....like the whole incident was my fault! I believe that from the beginning I was judged by the manager as being unworthy of proper customer service and then treated very poorly. He did not listen to my concerns and tried to baffle me with BS. I was not rude and was shocked when told to go to another retailer. I will be complaining to The Good Guys Management and the ACCC. Not surprised by the < 2 star average rating and would be giving 0 stars if that were possible.

Abrupt,unlikable, made so many mistakes in this simple purchase of a gas cooktop.
Mucked up BADLY to the point we ACTUALLY took the DEMO ,complete with scratches.....
His name begins with ‘B’ and he is middle aged.
Thankfully..... I won’t be needing an oven or cooktop again for a while .
