Easily one of the BEST KFC locations to place an order from. I am aware that not every KFC location is the same, but they aren't. The personnel at this KFC on Clyde Road in Berwick is exceptional, and the food is prepared to absolute perfection. It truly stands out from the others. Furthermore, it's awesome that you can find a lot of fantastic discounts both in-store and on the APP! Continue your fantastic effort!

Unfair treatment if employees
City where company is located (optional): Perth

My child has worked for KFC for some time now, forever loyal and punctual, hard working and has never complained.
In return, sone new chick rocks up and cuts hours to several staff, one member got zero hours! No written warnings, so no poor performance… this is abhorrent behaviour introduced to the young workers in Australia. They have been loyal and kfc spits on them. !!! Disgraceful KFC .. you should be ashamed!!

All the chicken products
City where company is located (optional): Geraldton WA

The worst (& most expensive) chicken available out there!
I think KFC Grraldton is forgetting to add the so called 'herbs & spices'.
Taken my chances on two occasions over the last 3 weeks & been so very disappointed. I only eat the original flavour KFC, but it has no flavour anymore.
Been a very expensive takeaway that's tasteless, dry & very boring.
Get your act together guys - won't be supporting you guys ever again.

Missing items
City where company is located (optional): Penrith

Penrith KFC is the worst they NEVER get the order correct it’s always missing 3 or 4 items even when you check it before you leave the drive through window and you let them know they got it wrong it goes back 3 times before the order is actually correct. Tonight they had no chicken and the service is poor. You should not only be embarrassed but ashamed. It’s disgusting. It’s disappointing

Customer service
City where company is located (optional): Wagga Wagga

While waiting for our meal at the drive through window, i noted the Manager was having a verbal argument with staff in the back of store while the manager was still assisting in packagi g food for service.
It was also noted that the staff were not adhering to food hygiene standards with hats not covering hair, no hair nets on excessive hair, and no beard nets in the food prep area.
This is not the first time as i have previously observed food handling with no gloves........what is KFC teaching it's managers and staff these days?

Service
City where company is located (optional): Urangan, Queensland

Kfc app continually fails to work.
Manager continually maintains and directs staff not to accept orders only available using the app. I have presented the manager with Phone as proof that the app is not working. Only to be told that she has been directed mot to accept orders over the counter if app is not working.
This has been happening for the past two months. How long is it going to take for management to fix this problem.
Rate service at nil.

to quiet when speaking over mask
City where company is located (optional): wangaratta

I was in KFC Wangaratta. I was served by a young lady who was trying to speak to me about my order. I kept asking what she was saying. Evan asking her to remove her mask so I can hear her. She refused to remove her mask that's ok She then needs to speak up so that people can hear her. When She can repeat what the order is. alternative is she does not do front counter or put in computers similar what they have at McDonalds so the customer can order meals without speaking to staff in a high voice when making an order.
