I spent $20 for two dog cooling mats today for my dogs; they are better than more costly ones I purchased elsewhere, and my dogs adore them.
I would tell people about them.
I paid for my goods at the checkouts in the middle of the store, to be asked by the cashier do I want my receipt. How ridiculous they even ask you.
I replied YES
I put it in my bag then preceded to put my goods in the bag as well. I had other larger items in each arm. The staff member at the front of the store asked me for my receipt. I was more than angry given my situation & asked could she look for the receipt. She replied no she is not allowed to touch personal belongings. I was forced into a situation where I had to put everything on the floor to find the receipt buried at the bottom of the bag.
I am recovering from 3 fractures to my lower left leg & ankle I’m wearing a moon boot, time on my feet is very limited for obvious reasons.
The whole situation was more than ridiculous. I will not return to a Kmart Store until the checkouts are returned to the front of the store like they used to be.

I bought a $50 playstation voucher from Kmart Knox, processed by a Kmart employee however it looks like it was never activated. The bottom of my receipt says “Gift card was not loaded” however my credit card was charged. I have wasted so much time trying to resolve this, get a refund or get the funds on the gift card! I have been sent from one place to another, given various phone numbers to call as nobody wants to resolve it! The store we bought it from told us it isn’t their problem it is Playstation issues. I bought the gift card at Kmart so it is their problem, they took the money. If it is their fault they need to load the funds or resopve with whoever it needs to be resolved with. Dissapointing customer service, never shopping at Kmart again and will get ombudsman involved to fix the issue.
The store shrugged me off by saying go to Bunnings or Harvey Norman i might find a similar beater that may fit. I say to all be weary when buying their home brands
My daughter bought three items showed her recipe on leaving the north lakes store ,the older man asked her where her third item was she discreetly said the tampons are in her wallet , he then then yelled at her in a loud voice to get them out in front of lots of costumers and show him ., she was so embarrassed horrified he could have discreetly asked her but he made a big deal so everyone heard of her shame on him, bad service.
I was advised that i can scan photos at kmart to convert them to digital files, but on arrival i was told that they can be scanned but only on a DVD that i have to buy from kmart - i can't use my own USB. Its 2021 guys, keep up.
I have been trying get a refund for a returned item bought online
Terrible customer service. always sending the same message
"Item received please be advised that the funds should return to 3-5 business days"
that 3-5 days for the last 2 months. Today I text them same message received.

K-Mart will never be part of my shopping plans again......and Christmas just around the corner.........COWARDS K-Mart just pandering to a very small group of activists...average ratings 2....surely thats should see you are really on the nose....sadly l had to put one star because you couldn't put minus star.....
VERY VERY poor service by the customer sales person at Toowong Kmart. The indivual card machines are NOT a solution for me to pay for items offered by the store. They have 3 behind the counter machines available for use BUT told / verbally forced to used a card machine even when I objected against the use. The excuse offered was "I am the only one on and need to be at the card machines." What happened to customer choice in or get another person to work the counter machines. Not accepting this forced, controlled behaviour from Kmart Service Staff.
