Bravo, they saw it through.
It was such a stressful process, but after numerous phone calls and in-store visits, my money was eventually restored. The girls in the store are really kind and helpful.

I should bring to your attention the service I received from LinCraft was not only distortion but totally unbelievable

Hi, While shopping at LinCraft in Epping, the Service I received from an employee by the name KIARA was absolutely out of this world, what an awful shopping experience that left me distorted. At checkout, used my ATM card as method of payment, all was well APPROVED on my Commonwealth EFTPOS, LinCraft receipt. Then I was asked to give back the receipt that was APPROVED, she asked me to pay again, was trying to take my card out of my hands, I refused to pay again, and asked to speak to a Manager, she replied she was the Manager. She then demand for the goods I've just purchased to be returned to her, told me to go home, once she gets in contact with the bank, and payment was approved, I can come back tomorrow and pick-up my goods. This conversation dispute was in place while a long cue of customers were waiting for assistance. I left the store with my goods, in humiliation, over no fault of my own. Sitting in my car I realised I wasn't in a good mental state to drive after the distortion, I have just experience. I decided to call my bank, explained the situation, went back in the store, hand my phone to KIARA, employe if LinCraft, the Bank confirmed the payment has gone through, and that she should have been aware it did, as stated APPROVED, the Bank was shocked that LinCraft have untrained employees, and apologized, to me for the inconvenience experience i just encountered. While I was back in the store, I decided to purchase afew more items, knowing this scenario, with KIARA was finalized, so i thought, unfortunately she served me again, when it came to payment, she didn't allow me to tap my EFTPOS CARD, I had to slide my card and enter my PIN NUMBER manually, (I wasn't going to complain, at this point I just wanted to leave the store!)... Her last remark, to me before I left the store was, and I quote" ( I CAN'T BELIEVE, YOU MADE A FUSS!"... What a horrific experience I have encountered at LinCraft Epping Store. After the service I received, I swear never to step foot in that store again! I'm a long time VIP Member with SPOTLIGHT Stores, and treated like Royalty, with Gift's and Coupons, Big Savings! I love Sewing Knitting and all kinds of Craft's, So I decided to give LinCraft aGo! I joined Club LinCraft Membership, a week ago, it was a big mistake, I swear never to step foot in this store again. They have either untrained, or Nieve Bad mannered Employees.
