I just went to Liquorland North Haven SA, and afterward, I couldn't find my credit card. Thankfully, my account showed no fraudulent activity, so I decided to call Liquorland just in case I had forgotten it at the shop before reporting it lost or stolen. They weren't holding my card, but their dedication to providing excellent customer service was impressive.
Made an order of over $100. Three weeks later try to find out why it hasn’t been delivered yet. They never even sent it.
I traveled yesterday 30 km to pick up my Click& Collect order for wine/beer.
I was told my order had been cancelled because they did not have the wine I had ordered.
I asked if I could at least get the beer, I was told no.
I asked if i could get a refund so I could buy something else, I was told no.
I asked if they could contact the office and help me to get refund,I was told no,I have to wait for an email from the office.
The email never arrived...
My questions are:
Why do they have product for sale on their website that they don't have?
Why do they charge for a product they don't have?
Why don't they inform the customer when order has been cancelled?
Why does customer have to ask for a refund,instead offering it, when they have sold and charged for a product they don't have?
More training is needed...
One star for the friendly lady at the shop who tried to help but couldn't.

I will be putting in a formal complaint about your disgraceful attitude.
Trying to say you where not rude to myself and my partener when both of your conversations where on loud speaker heard by more than 2 people is a joke.
Calling to try and justify your attitude with out even appolgising makes me wonder how you even work in customer service.
Best of luck to you, i cant imagine how or why you are still be in your job but the manager must be either desperate or waiting for a comllaint of this level to have u removed.

Supplied with what seems like a "fake" bottle!!!!!!!!! No label, no evidence of glue from a label that might have come off and bottle shorter than the original.
NO ONE does the courtesy of a response to emails, phone calls etc.

I purchased products on the 8th December - supposed to be a 30 minute click and collect
I went to the store 3 hors later when I hadn't received an SMS and thought it would be there to collect - they had no record of it - I called their complaints number twice - could not get anyone who I could understand - they have charged my credit card and lost my order - I have emailed twice - still not resolved 2 days later - they have had my money for 2 days and the order is still apparently missing - I cannot collect my goods even though I have a confirmation email - will never use their click & collect or online order again
I am very upset, I purchased what I thought was a fathers day special online black Johnny Walker Whiskey at a great price (1 Litre). My order arrived today, I opened it and it was Red.I called and they are refusing to exchange it under their 'change of mind policy. It is not a change of mind it is a mistake. Very poor, there is no reason not to exchange it, it is no skin off their nose.
I will be shopping at Dan Murphy in future,
