I relocated to Adelaide in 2021 and have been with Lumo ever since. good client service ever since I started. The pricing and Lumo Rewards program are satisfactory to me. I receive savings at a lot of stores.
I just want to update my expiry on my credit card for Lumo direct debits. impossible!!
I tried twice with a team member and the lines were very bad - the first time she couldn't get a secure line for me to punch in my details and the second time the phone cut out
I couldn't do it online because I couldn't update my password because my account wouldn't link
