I would like go to Maccas than KFC because their employees are kind and kind, and they actually serve you instead of hiding their conversations in the back as KFC did in Young, New South Wales. I absolutely love Maccas in Riverina, New South Wales; their cuisine is excellent and I can't complain.

The bathrooms, both genders, were filthy and parts broken. Obviously they weren’t broken in the last 12 hours either. The females had only one basin in operation as it was blocked with filthy water filled in it and no sign stating it was known to management. The men’s bathroom had a broken tap and only one soap dispenser working. Both toilets had excrement all through the inside porcelain, urine under the seat and at the back and toilet paper on the floor.

Also the number of toilets by design and staff available to clean them is severely undervalued. This McDonalds is an extremely popular location with new travellers utilising it’s services every minute.

The tables were also filthy, none had been cleaned in the 30 minutes we were there. Outside on the floor was worse. Again, an understaffing issue for cleaning.

The fly’s inside were terrible as well due to the food crumbs on the floor and tables.

I felt I was eating in a dirty place. I regretted instantly stopping here, I felt my hands were dirty cause I didn’t bring my handbag inside where my hand gel is. Just yuck.

Then when the food was ready, it was Luke warm. I had to return my sausage and egg muffin as it was like rubber.

The self order machines had run out of paper so we didn’t get a receipt. The number on the screen said 69 but it was actually 169.

We will not stop here again, I don’t know why I said we would. I’ve been here before and should have known better.

Poor management and customer service
City where company is located (optional): NSW

I’m totally shocked that we were waiting for our order for over 10mins inside, staff and manager were having personal conversations about their own personal experiences, not focusing on the customer that has been waiting for their order, one staff member was more concerned about charging her phone, drive through were full, and bumper to bumper, Skelton staff not enough to be efficient and getting hot food out, our meal was cold. Terrible service

09/09/22 16:04pm..I was meeting a client for coffee at this local "restaurant" for coffee. To sum up the whole experience , it was a complete and utter disgrace in service and food, and a disgusting pig sty within the restaurant itself withStaff ("children" with a uniform on that couldnt care less, and a "Manager" if that is what you could title her as, that laughed and thought the whole situation was a joke) Upon entry it was evident that it was complete chaos inside with 90% of the tables uncleared and with food scraps all over them, bins overflowing and rubbish and food scraps piled on the tray returns, with food scraps and ribbish on the floors.
I have taken photos of this disgusting and filthy condition and have forwarded them to the local Health Deptat the council as well as other governing bodies, just for the health implications alone. As there was so many food scraps on tables and on the floors, I observed at one point when a mother with 2 children went to pick up her order from the counter (they didnt have enough staff to deliver the meal to the table as the priority is the drive through and uber orders) and after clearing rubbish and scraps from one table to sit her familiy down, her childre couldnt resist and were eating chips from the next table. I will be following this up and through with other avenues and Regulatory bodies as it is an unacceptable and disgraceful display of lack of management and the phrase"you hire monkeys you are going to get peanuts".
I have bullet pointed below my concerns and points of issue. As i am unable to not download photos with this feedback, these are being forwarded on to other areas.
- Food scraps, rubbish, bins overflowing, no staff trying to clear and clean tables and facilities.
-Staff(children) in uniform standing around laughing and talking .At one stage I counted 12 people waiting for service at the front counter. Once again driveway and uber pickups the priority.
-Friends that had just gone off shift and other friends walked behind the counter and asked for sundaes and extra chips several times and were given to them straight away without being paid for and with other paying customers waiting to be served. The look of arrogance from one teenager when I stated there were other people waiting, and his response of f..k off just added to my growing list of issues. This can all be verified by the stores cameras, but I guarantee the owners WILL NOT bother to review th footage, nor will anything be done or changed. I do intend to revisit this store and now other local stores, in an effort to make them accountable for poor management and substandard and unhealthy conditions. I als give an undertaking I will be forwarding this information and documentation on to social media and the relevant media outlets to create and expose' on the current substandard conditions
-25min wait on a Mcflurry Sundae. When it was received i noted it had been made within 2 mins but sat on the counter melting. It wasnt replace just given to me. I have taken photos of the receipts and pickup slip stuck to the cup.
-Purchase 2x coffee frappes at $7.50 each. Warm milk that I had seen sitting on the counter previously was used, but thank god for ice cubes. Diluted and completely disgusting.
-In total $20 spent with a duration of 50mins spent with 10mins with my client spent face to face and they were of the same opinion as I. We ahve paid for the "privilege" of a completely disgusting drink, melted icecream and an enviroment and health issue that I for one will not tolerate and put up with.
-Copies of receipts taken

Well over a year now.
Food is stale, staff dont want to be there, wrong orders.
Complained online, phone, email HQ,spoke with 6 different Managers and yet still the same rubbish service and very poor food quality!
Get rid of the " Have a good one" ridiculous saying whilst youre at it.
Noody does anything about complaints, staff, owner ot HQ.
Your putting yoursekves out of business and the constant price hikes too.
Id be ashamed to own it.

Was left waiting at the pay window for nearly 5 minutes while the guy in the box didn't even acknowledge we were waiting to pay for our order. This is is not my first time to have issues with this store. I think they need to bring back the,if it's not ready in 2 minutes you get it free deal. Too much bludging going on. And the woman manager needs to lose her job.

Maintenance Times
City where company is located (optional): Brassall 4305

McDonalds Brassall 24 hour service location. Arrived at location at 2.04am after being refused to be served at McDonalds Ipswich CBD due to a closing at 1.58am (normally closings carried out around midnight). I was informed by staff at Brassall at 2.04am that they could not serve me due to maintenance which would continue untill 6am?? Businesses should not be 24 hours if they refuse to serve the Public. For 4 hours. Notifying the Public would be appreciated avoiding unnecessary visits.

Closing Times
City where company is located (optional): Ipswich CBD

Saturday 10/9/2022 @ 1.58am arrived @ location only to be told that they could not serve due to carrying out a closing. I have arrived at this location prior to this date around midnight to be informed that this is the time they carry out closing. To avoid turning up and not being served I chose a time more suitable. Unfortunately the time for closing changed again. Maybe McDonalds should place a note on said Window location stating there closing Times in order to prevent unnecessary trips to their location.

A couple of young girls have no manners, throw food at you and have a snappy harsh voice. You really don't deserve a job.
