Kathleen and I had our first conversation over my first time calling PayPal customer service. In no way can I criticize the client service. She fixed the issue without any issues after I made a mistake that put my account on hold. It took her five minutes to solve the problem because she was so smart.
I have been trying to contact paypal over a dispute involving a mere $75. the buyer agrees this was a mistake and has asked his bank to validate the transaction. they have confirmed this. But my money is still on hold. There seems to be noway to contact this company. I have sent 3 email massages, talked to an agent, yet still a wall of silence from paypal. They are like a white collar crime syndicate ripping off sellers. Yet the police seem helpless to investigate them... very, very very poor service from Paypal. I suspect they will refund the buyer and make me pay a $15. chargeback. Even though the seller and the buyer resolved the dispute the following day.

response@paypal.com comes back on mailer-daemon. Been trying to get a refund on a blatant rip-off and their resolution centre just blanket knocks it back. Trusted that Paypal dealt with reputable businesses, but this definitely wasn't. 5 tries to investigate the dispute, and 1 human being CSA has been in touch, leading me to the same resolution centre rubbish, without any satisfaction. Have had a gutful and looking at further action through Ombudsman or higher.
I received an automated email from Paypal telling me that my email address had been changed. Funny since I did not change me email address. For 4 days I have been trying to get someone to see why it was easy for someone else to login to my account and change it to their email address. No response. After further investigation on my own, it would appear that they have also changed the mobile number to their own and so I can not get into my account, but they have my security questions & answers along with my payment options and information. Everything I have tried to get answers from Paypal tell me to sign in and raise a complaint. Bit hard, I CAN NO LONGER SIGN IN. Finally found a phone number for the NSW office - it does not exist. Everywhere else I have looked gives me the same phone number. All the emails I have sent are also unmanned, automatic replies with no follow up. THIS IS A PATHETIC SERVICE AND ONCE I HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK I WILL BE CLOSING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There a joke of a company they have 700$ of my money and I can’t even get in contact with them to find it
