I live about five minutes away from this Pizza Hut when in an order a veggie pizza Hey the majority of the pizza only had three slices left two hours later or all that pizza and that was the only thing I ate that day so it had to be what made me sick I am disgusted with Pizza I give them one star for being open

I was sent an SMS detailing the day’s special - $33.95 for the 3+3 pick up deal !

Went online to order and customised the 3 pizzas, only to have the total add up to $62.85 !

Oops I must have made a mistake, I’ll start over !

Nope no mistake that’s the price - what a rip off !

Order was missing a garlic bread as well. Staff are incompetent and unpleasant !

All these mistakes they make saves the store money which means extra profit - they never rectify their mistake !!

NO WAY KNOWN I’M PAYING $62.85 for budget hardly any topping pizzas ! I’ll go to a quality pizza restaurant and dine in !!!

My advice is save your money and go somewhere else.

I won’t be going back !!

Absolutely disgusting service and delivery I had food squashed and boxes bent pizza all over top lid I rang them straight away and the manager rang me And said send me photos so he sent me his mobile to send photos he rang me back apologised said he would give me credit for such a bad delivery I said thank you it was absolutely terrible service.I have the managers mobile which is where I sent photos ,he said he could send out another delivery which over a hour to get there or replace it later, I said we wouldn’t bother as had lost our appetite and he had said he would put on computer.So couple of weeks later I rang up to give them another chance and use my credit.But they said there was nothing mentioned no information on the computer all I could say was that it was terrible service and the girl in charge that night said she rang her managers and no one new anything. We will never buy Pizza Hut and I will definitely tell other people not too aswell.I still have photos and the managers number.

The y delivered my stuff to someone else and the delivery guy even admitted that I wasn’t the person he gave the pizzas to and they won’t give me a refund

First of all, the man who seem to be a manager never greets or smiles. Even if he is not doing any thing, he never comes to serve no matter how big the queue is. There were no enough food for dine in and the staffs dont care much about it.
Most important issue I saw is the hygiene.The man who was near the oven( manager), he was combing his hair. I was so shocked to see him combing his hair in the kitchen.
I will never ever visit New town Pizza hut again!!

Terrible staff took quite some time to mop up a spill and had to be reminded twice. Irresponsible serving of alcohol at a venue designed for children's Birthday parties.

The pizza was so burnt even the manager said he would not eat it i didnt take it they love the money but the product disgraceful

I ordered two pizzas in store and Paid there. After 20 min, pizzas were not ready. I was waiting there for another 15 min and asking For my pizzas, no clear answer and stuff ignored me. Eventually, a worker asked me about the pizzas that I ordered and wrote it down on a piece of paper and left. Again no clear answer. After 20-25 min they gave me two pizzas, when i opened the pizza boxes, they where the worst pizzas i have seen, 25% of the pizzas was just bread without any stuff on it. These were pizzas that took about an hour to be ready. I asked a worker to talk to the manager, but he did not show up, when i insisted , finally he came and i tried to explain the issue and i even told him that things may sometimes go wrong but ignoring a customer is not professional and then i showed him the pizzas. He was very rude and unprofessional, interrupted me several times and started talking nonsense about number of people who work there and suddenly he left when i was talking to him. I am a pizza lover and was a regular customer of pizza Hut at Alderly, QLD. I never buy from this branch again.

My pizza was cold and when we were watching the tracker it was down the bottom of our street but yet it took 12mins and the bottom of our street is like 2mins from our home. And when we rang up to complain the manager said he boxed our pizzas and said the pizza shouldn't have been cold and argued with me and then hung the phone up. I thought customer is always right. I pay money for this food and I get what cold yucky pizza

Call the store to place a order I was told that I have to go online to plcae my order. My says mom let me call so she place her order and she told the young lady my mother call to order but someone told her she had to order online. So the worker at pizza hut told my daughter that the drive said we never tip him so thats why i was told to order online that harassment So need to talk with this store before I call BBB
