After missing my original flight due to a deer totaling my car, I called to book a new flight. Draco helped piece together the best possible itinerary. I know Draco worked hard on my case and I was very satisfied in the end when the confirmation came through. Thanks to Draco, I can be reunited with my loved ones.

My 6year old daughter takes a unique medicine to treat a serious medical condition. Without it, she cannot function. The medicine is in extremely short supply because it is also used to treat COVID patients in ICU. There is no substitute or alternative medicine available.
The TGA published a special ordering process for Pharmacists to follow for how they should order the medicine for non-COVID patients like my daughter. The process requires the Pharmacist to call the wholesaler and advocate the needs of the patient so that the wholesaler they can re-direct stock from the hospital order to non-covid patients, where it is also desperately needed.
I explained this process to my local Princeline pharmacist and they placed a backorder with the wholesaler for me on their system. I called a few days later to follow up and see how the backorder status was progressing. I asked to speak with the manager.
The manager told me that the store was so busy that she simply did not have the time to call the wholesaler and find out where my order was at. The manager told me that she had enough to do on a daily basis and that she simply did not have the time to do any more than her pharmacist had already done (i.e. place a backorder into the system). Her words were "things are nuts around here". I referred the manager to the TGA published process and I explained that the process relies on the pharmacist playing a lead role to request the stock is diverted to the patient, i told her that I desperately needed her help to advocate my daughters case to the wholesaler to obtain the medicine. The manager replied by saying she had a migraine because she was so stressed with the day to day operations and that she was unable to help me. Appalling, infuriating and insensitive customer service Priceline.
We immediately withdrew our business from this pharmacy and took our medicine script to another pharmacy a little further afield. The owner there assured us he understood the gravity of the situation and he promised us that he would do everything he possibly could to get my daughter the medicine. He placed the order on backorder and followed up with a call to the wholesaler demanding supply. 36hours later he called us to give us the good news- he had a box of the medicine in his hands with my daughters name on it.
Shame on you Priceline.....when we needed your care and support you let us down to the highest extent possible. Never will I give any my business to Priceline again.

I am so annoyed. Just spent almost $30 , the girl didn’t ask for my Priceline card. When I realised, the sale has already gone through. I said ‘you forgot to ask me if I have a card, is it too late now?’ she laughed and said yes! She didn’t take any responsibility and thought it was funny. Rude person, isn’t doing her job properly and doesn’t care.
