Telstra Business Australia complaints number & email.
I purchased a new phone recently some functions were not working; refer reference number We took it back within the week It was identified that it was our WIFI yet my husband's mobile worked, my old phone worked all computers and printers worked. My second visit was on 25 August Still, there was no idea what was wrong I have rung Telstra twice. and I received a call from Altona today, and my phone was supposedly breaking up, yet all other callers can hear me. I suggest the problem lies with the centre connection It does not explain the rudeness After 20 plus years of loyalty to Telstra where there has been no need to ask for back payment in fact I'm currently ahead of schedule, I demand that this be looked into As I visited the point of sale centre within the first month this qualifies me to get as a replacement. I am a disabled pensioner, and $599 is not easy to find, I liked OPPO before and that was the reason I purchased it because my galaxy did not suit me. I am very stressed about this whole situation. Obviously, if nothing is rectified it will be taken to the ombudsman which as Ari pointed out is my privilege. A year ago I would have presented a happy review Not this time Sorry
