Ticketek Australia complaints number & email.
Sent through 2 request for refund with no communications with them and its been 3 months. I call they direct you to the website, which is a dead end.
Very very poor. Failed to respond at all to multiple forms and emails requesting refund. No office open to visit and no telephone number to ring. Waited 5 months now still no response.
The only way to contact Ticketek is by email. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get someone to reply regarding a refund when their site went down during a transaction.
There is simply no other way to contact them.
I followed website directions and requested a refund for an event 57 days ago. No contact. No refund. Every phone number is either disconnected or leads nowhere and hangs up on me. I’ll never buy tickets through them again. It’s as close to a scam as it gets.
Not happy waiting over one month for refunds offered because of covid 19.
You simply cannot connect them on phone or email
