Hopeless company! I purchased tickets to a musical but have not been issued tickets. Virtually no way to contact them. Steer clear!
Cant give zero stars ! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting for a refund and they do not respond to emails at all. No way to call them. How to we get our money back is there an ombudsman we need to contact?
They are intentionally making it difficult to chase up on refunds from cancelled gigs.
It should be refunded automatically. They should be punished by Fair Trading. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I'd give to these scam merchants. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETEK!
I have been trying to contact Ticket via multiple platforms for 4 weeks e.g. emailing enquiries, going to a Ticketek rep at the local shopping centre and they gave me the email address (for agency) they use to contact Ticketek. They also state that it is impossible for them to get any reply back from Ticketek, and they are a representative. I have then tried to email the firstname.lastname@example.org email address, and it bounces back stating the email address is not correct. This is the one on their own page. Any other retail outlet needs to be available for followup support, refunds, enquires, when a customer has made a purchase with them. Ticket need to be available after they take our money.
They take your money really quickly, charging an arm and a leg.
They should be available for follow up queries. I do NOT want a refund, I just need help changing a seat. There is availability, however the longer I wait this will not be the case. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Do not use this organisation. For a multimillion dollar organisation to be unobtainable and not reply is unacceptable. Hire more people if you are swamped!
Ticketek advertising and click bait during the booking process is over the top. I will be taking that feedback to the venue. Ticketek makes the experience LESS enjoyable.
I am yet to receive acknowledgment of my refund request in any way and it appears that it is virtually impossible to contact Ticketek. My first request was three months ago!
I have tried submitting my refund request via the website and following up via email - 6 times
I have tried to send a message on Messenger via the Ticketek Facebook page only to find that the Messenger button is not operational.
I have tried phoning the outlet at the Gold Coast Casino only to find that no one answers the phone there.
I have tried phoning the outlet at the Gold Coast convention Centre only to find that no one answers the phone there either.
I have called the complaint phone number - 132849 - only to receive a unhelpful message that doesn't help the situation at all
I have tried emailing email@example.com only for the email to bounce back 'undeliverable'.

The show we booked and paid for was cancelled. Requested a refund in June 2021 because we can't get to the December show
Three emails and still no refund. I've done about $240 I can't afford to lose. Never again!
So frustrated that i cant talk to any one about our refund its been awhile we have waited for for no response if its only $50 i don't really care but we are trying to refund $1500 don't deserve 1 star
Ive requested for my 2 refunds for like a month now and still waiting for someone to get back to me. This is a joke!
