Delivery

Can hardly call it a service when it won't do the one thing it's supposed to: Deliver packages. Ordered from China and it arrived in Auckland within two weeks then it seemingly dicked around the city for two more weeks instead if getting delivered the final stretch to my city. Then they decided it was delivered and yet I have no package. Impossible to find a complaint contact, and even more so to find a real person. They want me to create a stupid account with them as if I chose to use them in the first place, let alone will do this again. Garbage company and garbage service. One star because you can't give zero.

None delivery
City where company is located (optional): Teven, NSW.,2478

I sent a parcel from Ballina to Jaipur, the parcel remained in Jaipur customs for two weeks before being released by my jeweler in Jaipur. The parcel was forwarded by a local Indian courier to Jaipur, and not by TNT who has offices in New Delhi and Jaipur. I have now been billed 15,000 Indian rupees which is about 200.00 US. dollars. I am in disbelief that there was no coordination with TNT from New Delhi to Jaipur, I feel incredibly let down, why should I have to make this payment, it was TNTs responsibility to deliver the parcel. I have sent emails to TNT Australia, and have been told it was local taxes, and then the next email from them stated that the end destination of my parcel was New Delhi, surely TNT would have been aware of this. I since have read many negative reports of mismanagement by TNT, what happened to me is so unethically wrong, and am surprised the News media has not mentioned these wrong business practices. There really should be a mass law suit by many wronged customer's by this ineptitude company, Respectfully James Dutton
