Called the store as I there was no size choice for the product I was after online. Got put on hold for 10min then hung up on me. Called back a few times straight after & they either rejected/let the phone ring out. Called the complaint line & given a 12-15min wait time. Waited over 20min then gave up.

Firstly the complaints email addy bounces!

I complained a fortnight ago because everything in my delivery was banged up dented and broken. They apologised and refunded some money. So i did another shop a fortnight later and everything has 1 day left on the useby. Punishment? They dont like complaints.....

10:40pm and I’m still waiting for a 7pm (at the latest) delivery. No message to say it’s delayed and I’m guessing it’s not coming tonight. Over an hour on the customer service phone number and no answer. I understand there’s a pandemic but a text would be great!

I recently purchased a hair dyed which cost $20, I returned it half hour later cause I realised it was the wrong one. I didn't want to exchange it U just wanted my money back. She pressed a few buttons on the till asked for my keycard then said, The money had been put back in my keycard. I tried to buy a few things but it was declined. I told One of the cashier's what had happened and they proceeded to tell me it would take 2 days for the money to go into my account. This is frustrating especially as I'm not rich nor have a lot of money. I usually pay by cash, but on this day, I was stupid enough to trust the system. And it took 2 days 24hrs just to give back something that takes 2 seconds from my bank to there's. Suck big time

Poor customer service this store now has a ‘policy’ that all bread must be sliced so they are vandalizing all their artisan breads into sliced loaves. I was told to ring 24 hrs in advance to make an arrangement for an unsliced loaf. Stuff that!
Think the manager must be a bit stupid, as apparently what the customer may want is irreverent and he/she is not aware you cannot unsliced bread!

My son was charged $318 for a carton of cigarettes.I asked for a refund because the same cigarettes cost me $274 at coles a difference of nearly $45.They would not refund me or even refund the difference as a goodwill token.This is daylight robbery as if cigarettes are not expensive enough!!! I will never shop at Woolworths again they are robbers.I don’t mind a few dollars difference but $45 .How can they justify that.No help from them whatsoever I thought they were competitive.,

if Woolworths provide the contact telephone number/s common sense would be to have some-one to answer the phone! Complete waste of customers time! No customer service.

I did not receive the 2× pack of cigarettes in my pickup order so i rang store and they said they would hold them. When i went to pick them up i was told they have no record that they were not in my order. I waited 20 min in store, was spoken to rudely by a staff member and never got my smokes. Not going back there.

i would like to register my extreme disappointment with the Bracken Ridge Woolworths store. today while i was there there were severaal people walking around with no masks. i drew this to the attention of the store manager who basicly said "tough". we dont enforce mask wearing. while i understand they may have a legitimate reason not to wear a mask,at least they should have been asked. this shows a complete lack of care on the part of Woolworths for their customers. they are saying we're happen to let you get co-vid rather than ask someone a question! you have a sign saying condition of store entry is the wearing of a mask. they dont wear it dont let them in,simple,unless they have reason. you are showing no concern for your customers or staff and disregard for the state law. if this is the way you "care" for the community thanks but no thanks. in this time of an epidemic we are supposed to be working together to beat this crisis, you are not. shame on you! i hope people see this when i post it up on media and treat Woolworths with the same contempt,no wonder we cant get on top of this virus with your ,i dont want to get involved attitude.
