they in there great wisdom have stopped stocking this drink even though it sells all the time so they are more cleaver than the customers they choose what we buy so we shop at Coles.
I’m a long time customer spending $300 -$500
Weekly , I wanted to purchase a coke with a $5 note and was told cash not accepted.
I will boycott Woolworths if this is the direct they are going
I have just shopped at Burleigh Heads and went through self checkout and my rewards card did not come up on the screen I called the attendant and she tried it and said it did even though she admitted that it did not come up, and said I could pay for the goods which I did, and when the docket came out my rewards of 32 points were not on it nor the points I have for your promotion container.
I asked for a refund and she said no I can’t I then left the purchase and spoke to Ben the supervisor and he told me it is against co policy and to contact the rewards dept.
I left your store very cranky and in disbelief about your policy and the way I was treated, all I wanted was my points and when they tell you this can’t be done I feel it is hard to believe. I have Aldi in the same shopping centre and 2 coles near by that I can shop at

Manned mainly by surly and spotty youths straight out of school the Old Woolies Whyalla store is stocked with 'fresh' food the pigs would refuse. I understand we must be near the end of the supply chain but obviously the next stop is the actual piggery. Customer service is a non-event as staff actually look away so they dont see you asking for service. This store should be either closed or restaffed immediately
Worst customer service at Parramatta Westfield Woolworths. They hire low paid Indian workers who have no experience in dealing with customers, their only interest is to scan the groceries as fast as they can and get rid of the customers. Woolworths should get rid of such fuckup Indians and hire descent People who knows how to deal with humans.
Staff who are not trained in the scanning policy must be fired on the spot and the customer compensated for having to urge the point and educate clueless staff
Why does Woolworths persist to have an ineffectual store in this Shopping Center when the area is too small. They can't hold all the normal lines of products people expect. Why don't they get rid of BIG W who does no business and take over it for their Supermarket. It is at the top of the underground car park and near the lifts. It doesn't make sense that they cram their products into that tiny area when they could expand into the BIG W shop!!!!! Will the Heads of Woolworths listen to me. Coles are killing you here and you have the best site to put in the biggest and best supermarket. WAKE UP!!!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 30 Betty Cuthbert Ave, Ermington NSW 2115 Departments: Woolworths Ermington IS PATHETIC!!! THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE AND HARASS THE CUSTOMERS CLOSE TO THE CLOSING TIME. TONIGHT THEIR SECURITY GUARD BEGAN TO TO CHASE AND FLEECE ME FOLLOWING ME AND TELLING ME NON STOP TO LEAVE INSTANTLY WHEN THERE WERE STILL 5 MINUTES TO 10 PM. HE CHASED ME AROUND THE ISLES AVOIDING LESS THAN I.5 METERS COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING. IT MADE ME VERY NERVOUS AND I INJURED MYSELF WHILE RUSHING. I HIT MY HAND ON THE IRON SHELF AND BLOOD BEGAN TO OOZE FROM MY HAND. I INFORMED THE MANAGER ABOUT IT REQUESTING HIM TO TELL OFF THE SECURITY GUARD TO STOP CHASING ME NON STOP LIKE A WOUND UP ZOMBIE UNABLE TO STOP AND THAT THE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR SECURITY GUARD WAS EXTREMELY UNCOUTH AND UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY IN THIS PANDEMIC TIME. I INFORMED HIM, I WAS WELL AWARE THAT THEY MUST CLOSE SOON AND I WAS HURRYING UP AS FAST AS I COULD. HOWEVER INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING, THE MANAGER BEGAN TO JUSTIFY THE SECURITY GUARDS BEHAVIOUR WHO WAS CHASING ME EVERYWHERE NOT LETTING ME CONCENTRATE ON MY SHOPPING. HE SPOKE INCOMREHENSIBLY IN ENGLISH AND I FELT LIKE I WAS IN SOME WAR TORN COUNTRY. I FELT SO HARRASSED AND COULD NOT GO TO BED. I AM A HEART PATIENT AND I HAD TO CALL LIFELINE REQUESTING THEM TO OPEN A DECENT GROCERY STORE CLOSEBY AFTER THE WAY ALL THE WORKERS AT WOOLIES (7 WORKERS AGAINST ONE CUSTOMER, THREATENED ME THAT THEIR WERE CAMERAS AROUND ) THEY ALL BEGAN ATTACKING ME SIMULTANEOUSLY. I NORMALLY HATE VISITING WOOLWORTHS. I PREFER TO DO ALL MY SHOPPING AT ALDI OR COLES ENTRADA ON VICTORIA ROAD. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE WORKERS HAVE BEEN RUDE TO ME. ON ONE OCCASION ANOTHER MANAGER NAMED ALAN TOLD ME TO REMOVE MY OVERCOAT TO INSPECT ME AS HE SUSPECTED ME FOR STEALING! NOWHERE IN AUSTRALIA I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO DO SO ANYWHERE IN SHOPPING MALLS EVER. I FELT SO EMBARRASSED TO REMOVE MY COAT, ALSO IT WAS COLD AND MY FRIENDS WERE SO FURIOUS THAT I OBEYED HIM. THEY TOLD ME TO HAVE CALLED THE POLICE INSTANTLY AND REPORT THEM IF THE MANAGER DID NOT BELIEVE ME AND NEVER TO HAVE UNDRESSED IN PUBLIC TO SATISFY THEIR DOUBTS.

Same with strawberries... over the rip off pepoole. That and only 15 items or less and self serve tellers open i refuse tobcost jobs so full trolley threw the 15 items or less.
