I want to thank Sandy, the Asian woman, for her outstanding customer service abilities. She has a kind demeanor and was able to pack my food in my bags quickly and professionally. Sandy also always has a smile on her face and is happy to answer any questions I may have. Because of her kind and accommodating customer service, I shall return.

over 3 months ago my delivery was dropped off with leaking bleach. this was put on our work surface and damaged it. woolworths had no interest in sorting this out and hand balled it onto their delivery company Velox services. They did say they should be delivering in the green tubs and not on their arms which is damaging products but still they deliver by carrying as many bags as they can up in their arms. Velox are the same, asked for pictures and email and again a further 2 weeks and nothing. Accidents happen but you do the right thing and put them right. The loss of sales for myself and family for a life time will far exceed your insurance excess to have done the right thing by us. This is why Coles are kicking your arse as they have a much better management structure and leadership ethics.

I have shopped for years at Woolies and today noticed the nescafe espresso coffee jumped from $13 to $19. A $6 increase! Highway robbery. There is no reason to rip off your customers

I visited this sore this morning @ 9:30 am today 10 Jan 2022.
Unfortunately, upon check out the attendant observed my 2l milk was leaking over the self serve check-out.I was embarrassed she made me feel it was my fault and called for replacement milk .I waited 5 min unnoticed and still no replacement, I had to retrieve myself . Everywhere aisle I walked could not but notice the disgusting state of floors which appeared not to have been cleaned for days . This complaint and my lack of satisfaction I directed at a woman I assumed was a manager only to be back chatted with no apologies.Sales/service people were in attendance none practicing social distancing. The woman manager still managed to abuse me even when I had left the shop which says a lot for her managing skills. NOT a pleasant shopping experience. Will go to Douro Road next time.

Service Complaints.
City where company is located (optional): Wellington

This store needs to advance with the rest of NSW and install self service registers. Staff members throw their weight around as though they forget they just work in a shop... and not Hungry Jack's. I didn't want to go through one register because that service person has been particularly hostile for the whole three years I've shopped there. This occasion, I asked the assistant manager if there was someone else serving, she told me to go to that one register open, I said I didn't want to be served by her. Then she snapped at me with her warlike expression and tone and said she won't put up with anyone abusing her staff. I never said anything abusive. I then left my much needed groceries this hot day and left the store. I rang to ask to speak to The Manager but couldn't get passed whoever it was who answered the phone. I went back to purchase my groceries in the evening when I believed different people would be working there but as I was waiting in the line that same assistant manager stood behind and it was as though she was stalking me, she waited till I paid for my groceries and then yelled out a comment, then jabbed her fingers at me back and forth while accusing me of ' talking about her' (well I did want to speak to The Manager about her attitude earlier that day), she hysterically said over and over that she is calling the police and she yelled out to the security guard standing at the front "REMOVE THIS WOMAN FROM THE STORE". Humiliating me in front of all the customers waiting to be served. I said to the security guard, " where you just saw violence, can you be witness?" he said " what" I was implying that nothing said or physically done by me warrented the police to be called let alone to have me ushered out of the store. I am appalled and furious to the bone. I am waiting for an explanation from Woolworths Management. It's as though there is no civilised management at this store. This store needs help. Self Service Registers will alleviate the many problems here with the staff. Why should any customer want to go through registers if we find those people disagreeable in any way?

Discontinued products and the failures to keep products on the shelf.
City where company is located (optional): Toowoomba

Woolworths head office don't like being questioned about their poor customer care and the inability to keep products stocked. Not to mention milk being left on the floor for over 2 hours. Why can't you just tell the truth Woolworths? Why is it that I get attacked in one of your stores, by one of your staff, who incidentally had shot at myself, two women and a five year old girl some months earlier, to then be told that the cameras in the store were broken that day. If you think that I have gone away, think again. And watch what I do to you and your bullshit excuses. And if anyone has the balls, pass this on to the CEO. My money says that it won't happen.

Busy day on Saturday and check out counters all unmanned. Asked a store assistant and she shrugged her shoulders. Has been the case for years with indifferent staff. Can't wait for the new coles to open. What a shocker branch.
