Just went in to look around and bought two tub chairs, haha. Employees are knowledgeable and kind. The store is tidy and organized well. had the two chairs we wanted in excellent condition and at a reasonable price. Will return if anything else needs to be replaced
Bought a mattress it started showing signs of compression in a year only and company has rejected the refund or replacement as according to them it is not manufacturing fault which is quite distressing. We paid lot of money for that mattress and i am taking this case to ACL.
I bought a bed few months ago and it broken just after one month
Bought a day bed with canopy and the material rotted on the canopy. I was told it should not have been put out in the elements but what is the point of a canopy if it has to be kept under cover. They would not honour the 3 year warranty.
