My order has been cancelled without any notification to me, and I lost the opportunity for black Friday sale.
I placed my order on Sunday morning for my family as a gift, and received an email from apple says thank you for your order, the shipment will be on Friday.
I track my order on Friday and see from website says my order has been cancelled.
Rang 133622, they says there is nothing they can do, and so sorry blablabla.
My boy is expecting this and i couldn't let him down and besides the call took ages and "there is nothing they can do". So I cancel my appointments on Friday, went to city to make the purchase and shared my experience with apple staffs, there is nothing they can do because I placed my order online.
Long journey starts, there is no complaint channel for giants like Apple, there is no complaint option on their 133622 number, and the operator just keep repeating herself, and I asked several times until she agree to transfer me to a senior level. My experience with senior is worse, i tried to explain and she just repeat there is nothing they can do with a cold voice and the operator before she is much nicer to be honest. I was outraged and asked if I can record her conversation with her attitude like this, and she said no and ask if I am recording, i said no but she still hang up and there is no "consumer experience feedback" after the call.

Apple is allowing security breaches - my son 4years old , managed to breach Apples thumb print security and make purchases ( even though my thumb print was the only one set to use ) he breached their security and made purchases - Apple checked and admitted it was a security breach and still didn’t refund the money . Highly disappointing and concerning .

Beware if you change your email address and forget your security questions you cannot recover the account if you also forget your password. You need to set up a new id and you lose all your paid apps. Even though i had ID and creditcard number i purchased them on. Never going to purchase apple again no help at all

I’ve been an Apple customer for over 20 years. In March my 7year old iMac died and I purchased a new iMac from the Apple store as the first phase of upgrading my small (microscopic!) business home office. I planned to upgrade the wifi next.
It never occurred to me, nor was it shown anywhere on the website description, or the purchase invoice, that I was buying a 2017 model!
I only discovered that this morning in checking “about this mac” on the computer itself, after seeing that my recently purchased new computer was NOT among the models listed as compatible with the mesh wi fi system I was about to purchase from the Apple store. I called Apple to check and their response was, “so sorry, I hope you find a compatible router”!
I checked the “trade in” options on the Apple site and put in the serial number only to be told that my barely 4 months old iMac is “ready for recycling”!
I would not have purchased this computer if the information that it was a 2017 model had been included!
In case you havent noticed Apple, small businesses have been crippled by Covid in the last 18 months. Like many other sole traders who have had no or next to no work lately, I cant just whip out another $2K for a(nother) new (or possibly not, who knows?) computer!
Angry doesnt begin to cover how I feel about this.

Fraudulent Transactions

Apple is knowingly participating in fraud. My credit card details were fraudulently used (which Apple acknowledged) to purchase a product and Apple refused to provide a refund on the basis that the service/product purchased cannot be recovered. Be Aware!
