We were seeking for a new vacuum cleaner. Gina was incredibly helpful and practical. A positive attitude was also displayed, and we were able to receive a joyful discount. Despite having brought our trolley cart, we insisted on transporting our new acquisition to the car. Thank you, Gina!

After spending $9000 on kitchen appliances and receiving a delivery date a month ago , to which we were expecting our delivery 2 days ago , you can imagine our surprise when we rang the day before to confirm the delivery timeslot and were told there was no stack.
We received nothing from this pathetic company to say they were out of stock , yet they still took our money.
After speaking with the most useless customer support manager who made guarantees he would solve the issue , we were told today that he had secured 1 of the items and would deliver the other stock as it arrived ( how ridiculous).
We ended up taking the refund and will take our business elsewhere.
All these gimmicks on their radio ads about being a family business is just rubbish , its a false front for big business, take yourselves to the good guys or appliances online and leave this useless bunch of individuals to themselves

Ordeted a tv bank advised money has gone through. Bing Lee security stopped payment sending payment back. No return phone calls returned, no response to online customer care email

Waited nearly 2 weeks for a tv to be delivered after ordering at taree bing lee. Today cancelled order as tv has not arrived, (now 2nd delivery Tuesday for Taree, and after being advised tv was in stock in shop next to delivery centre.).
Went to Harvey Norman Taree and purchased same TV same price and in stock..Just waste of time ordering through Bing Lee...
