Bunnings Australia complaints number & email.
The staff at Bunnings cairns seem to hate customers. The customer is their enemy and is treated that way. Avoid this store
I required assistance as i am a single mature aged lady, who wanted to buy a wippersnipper. I paid $229 for a Ryobi recargeable one, then i go back in 3 days later and they had the exact same wippersnipper for $229 with a free Ryobi blower vac with it. I brought it up with the staff and they did nothing. No offers nothing.
I am working for Bunnings nearly 12 years,
I don’t feel comfortable to work in this store due to integrity and conflict of interest.
It’ seems different Bunnings have different culture, Bunnings is my life and family, when I raise the concern or issue which I am having at work place, feel like a I am alone, lonely and no support at all from my management.

Disgusted at Bunnings not enforcing mask wearing sat 28th nov. 2 staff at door looking at their mobiles. Customers not wearing any masks. Some staff wearing under their chins. It seems Bunnings couldnt care less about customer safety. Hope virus gone because would not be surprised if virus gets out again it would be traced back to lax enforcement at their door.
Honestly you managers are a bunch of pricks how and what you have done to set up one of our best team member, Patrick, Everlyn, Tony you lot should be fired
I am a team member of Bunnings north and they are setting up a team member to sack him. It is so wrong with what they are doing but they don’t care all that they worry about is the figures at the end of the day
Poor guy someone needs to speak out to head office but we are all afraid of losing our jobs. Should not be like that now days.
Poor M k
I went to Bunnings Villawood to simply 500ml of paint which I had a Taubmans sample paper with the exact name and colour prepared. Unfortunately, your staff member, Jeff, don't believe women would buy paint for their walls as he only provide customer service to men. I said 'Excuse me' twice in a loud enough voice while he wasn't very busy (he was standing at the tint machine and looking at his mask for some reason..) I was standing relatively close to the counter in front of him, yet he completely ignores me. Suddenly a man walks up without saying anything and instantly, Jeff assists him while I was here the whole time. He answered his enquiry and left. Apparently, he was in the middle of assisting another customer too so he walked out of the counter, past me, to the man. He went back to the counter and I shouted, "EXCUSE ME, I WOULD LIKE TO BUY PAINT OF THIS COLOUR *shows Taubmans sample*. Finally I got his attention.. but he did not even bother looking at the paper I had and asked "Uh does it need tinting?" You know if you looked at the paper with the color and name on it, its quite obvious.. I said "I need it like this sample". Ignores me to speak to another customer.. then asks "How much tinting do you need?" "...Like what this sample papers says?!?!?" then instantly said "Well I'm serving a customer". YOU COULD HAVE SAID THIS EARLIER INSTEAD WHEN YOU WERE DOING NOTHING! So I waited abit to collect my thoughts and felt he was extremely rude. I came to the conclusion that it was because of my gender that he ignored my existence as a customer to buy paint. I asked for his name and left saying I'd never go to Bunnings Villawood ever again to buy paint. I ended up going to Bunnings Bonnyrigg straight after.
p.s.
(Thank you Bunning Bonnyrigg for acknowledging my existence as a customer and letting me buy paint unlike Jeff from Bunnings Villawood).
The store shut entry before the official closing time. They will not honour and let me in that I tried to enter before the official closing time and not being sympathetic that I am coming back for the second time for the same item which was sold to me by Bunnings faulty.
My phone time is definitely on the tick correct and it is synced with the phone tower.
Bunnings has become too big and now is careless about its customers. Many times it’s so annoying when one cannot find a staff to help and when you do find there are 3staff standing talking to each other and when you ask them they say oh it’s around the corner half way down. How about breaking your conversation and going to show me. What are you getting paid for?
Bunnings has really bad service.
