friendly staff. I knew exactly what was happening when, and the entire transaction went perfectly.
RUDE OFFENSIVE, PREJUDICED AND RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED AN E-BOOK BUT COULD NOT ACCESS IT SUPPORT WAS INEFFECTIVE, NOT EFFICIENT, INCOMPETENT AND PROBABLY A TWISTED RETARD. REFUND NOT FORTHCOMING AT ALL, WITHHELD MY MONEY, HIGHWAY ROBBERY AND DISGUSTING RACIST BEHAVIOUR FROM THEM. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL OTHER OUTLETS ARE MORE USER FRIENDLY AND THEY WANT YOUR BUSINESS, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SO DONT EVEN BOTHER GIVING IT TO THEM.
The Bundaberg Dymocks do not answer their phone for customer purchases. Very poor customer service.
