Went in to trade some games. But the customer service was a horrible experience. I was just inquiring why they charge 100$ for a digital copy of a game that is only 69 on disk. The staff got there nose out of joint then asked me if I knew what I was talking about to which I replied that’s why I’m just asking the question not having a go at you. I’ve been a EB games customer for over 10 years and have never had a bad experiences. But this place and there staff where something else not only did I get told I shouldn’t have brought a Xbox s they said I should Maybe think about games that have any value to resell. I will not be coming back to EB games EVER sad just like maccas there’s no love for the customer anymore.

Firstly, their customer service agent accused me of something I never did. Then states my purchase would arrive before Christmas. I ring the store and customer service on Xmas Eve only to be told I won’t get it till July. Not once has EB Games has ever contacted me. Don’t buy from this very average company. I’ve learnt my lessons.
Rating is less than 1 star.
My advise, be honest with your customers. Pick your game up. Your staff need some training, as it’s evident they’ve had nine.

Staff are horrible and they have their security friends harass you and your partner for making complaints. Horrible staff at the Kempsey store. VERY NASTY indeed!!

Rude and not at all helpful, I was willing to a pay an extra $150 on another purchase however I was accused of damaging the product which was clearly in new condition he went on about not being able to resell the item. The item had been opened and plugged in however it is not the right keyboard, it has misleading advertisement on the product and does not do what it claims to do. I read the conditions about exchange and it says within 7 days. I will never buy from this company ever again.
