I had NO communication at all from this furniture department about where or when my chairs would be delivered. When I contacted them I was told they had the chairs for 16 days. Then they forgot to inform the carrier - then had to find another carrier for the next day. I certainly will not shop at Harvey Norman in the future.

Both.... the product and the service

Don’t bother expecting to be respectfully spoken to if you have a complaint . Smirking operators, and comments like “you’ve just got buyers remorse” . No listening skills at all. Just loud, and overbearing.
