My Item is faulty and i have requested replacement. I cant go into a store, support lines are completely inadequate, the online chat bot is ridiculous and has wasted enough of my time i will not be using this service again.

Harvey Norman’s customer service experience is a disgrace. The store members have only limited ability to assist due to their service model and you then have no open but to talk to a bot online. What an absolute joke.

Poor sale assistant who didnt specially explained the washing machine we got. He said we will get the last washing machine but didn't say it's the display one. It's pretty sad we received something that's poorly wrapped without a box. For another instance, a sale assistant in Liverpool sold a wrong tv cable for me and refused to change or give me a refund. Refused to listen and avoid making eye contact. Poor behaviour, poor customer service. It's a disappointment. Overall, a poor performance for a big company.

Tried to buy a shaving cabinet online via PayPal. Order went through and for some unknown reason it was rejected. OK, that's fine, however two days later and I am still waiting for a refund from them. Do not trust this company.

I think it is disgusting that Harvey Norman has used tax payers money to use Job Keeper to make a $22 million profit whilst small businesses went broke and workers in hospitality and the arts starved as they were unable to get Job Keeper. I will not shop in Harvey Norman again until you pay back this money. You spend so much money on advertisements another way to reduce the pathetic amount of tax you pay.

Bought a dyson last nov from day 1 problems rang Harvey normans limerick 2 times and told not there problem ring dyson .still waiting for new part from dyson ,second saw a fridge on line went in to shop sunday to buy and told we dont sell hotpoint ,no offer to check online nothing ,so i left .we have bought alot from harveys throughout the years ,never again very bad after sales treatment and lack of enthusiasm for sales.

To whom it may concern
I attended your flagship store at auburn yesterday morning to return a product that was not working properly and i was greeted by cloe a young sales person who obviously didn't want to be there today the way she spoke to me with a snug attitude without a smile, and she addressed my problem was inappropriate as i was only trying to resolve the problem i had with the product i purchased from the store and yes my attitude towards her changed as well then i asked her if I could see the manager on duty a young man who was only pretending to be
The manager cause i asked for his name or business card he replied that Harvey Norman doesn't have cards anyway i will never spend a dollar in one of your stores again as over the last few years i have spent over $15000 now i will going elsewhere . I have bern a retail manager for years she defiantly needs training or letting go . As she is a very rude person.

The manager refused to replace a head set I purchased that day , because it was to small for my sons head Extremely rude manager

I purchased a head a head set for my son the sound was terrible, the same day I exchanged the head set for a different head set as the assistant said they must be faulty. My son 15 tried the new head set on ( that I exchanged ) they were so small they hardly covered his ears, so I went back to the store the same day to replace a second head set. The manager was extremely rude I’m 60 and I couldn’t believe he was speaking to me this way. What was I supposed to do with a head set that doesn’t fit my sons head, he couldn’t try the head sets on it’s against store policy, I was told If they weren’t suitable to bring them back to the store. But this horrible rude manager refused to exchange them.
I was polite to him but he was rude and nasty to me, I have know idea why he was so nasty.
I will never go to any Harvey Norman store again and I will be letting people know how I was treated at this store.

Worst experience with H.Norman Product Care team at Bundall Store in Queensland. Waited for more than a week for them to reply to my claim on a broken TV replacement on a 'Product Care' plan, but their service is appalling. Without TV for a week and having to deal with rudeness and discourteous staff when you want them to simply look at your problems expeditiously. Last place I want to go for my TVs is Harvey Norman.
