Very bad experience. Been trying for weeks to resolve a printer issue. HP support themselves told me to purchase additional ink cartridges so they can resolve my problem. When I then phoned to arrange for it to be done, they turned around and said they cannot help me. $70 spend down the drain. Disgusted to say the least. Now I'm stuck with ink and a worthless printer and they do not even phone back as they promised.
I rang the 131547 number twice and on both occasion i was cut off !!.and told to ring later?
i have been using the HP 8720 printer for 4 years with non-hp ink cartridge's I software down load has now made the printer reject any non-hp ink cartridge's. Reviewing the web sites it is something HP has done before (2016) due to public outcry they removed /reversed the software. Today 2021 HO has done it again!! I find it disgusting a supplier forces you to use their own over prices ink cartirigues., forget about the environmental issues of not being able to use re-fill cartridge's!!
If im forced to purchase genuine HP cartridge's then I more likely to throw out the printer and purchase another brand!! on principle.
Very poor for a international company!!!!
