Why is there no complaint contact information on IKEA's websites? Not interested in resolving issues. We have to go to other websites to find that information?! Too big, too many customers I recon. Would give a flying rats. I recommend to the public to begin the process of decoupling from them. A monopoly is never a good thing for anyone in the long run. IKEA has grown too big and created a form of dependency like any big company.
The product you have purchased is not what's been advertised on the website and requested refund from Ikea and approved from customer support but still in processing since Oct21 purchase, shocking service and bad management approach
I always enjoy buying IKEA products online and instore. Never had any issues until my last order due to delivery on the 29th of November gone missing. called IKEA, no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. the customer service person promise to delivery ASAP to my surprise is due now in Jan 2022... really poor service. there is link on the website for an email or complaint form... what a terrible experience.
I ordered a few Items from Ikea Richmond on the 6th of November. Delivery fate due 22 November. Contact attempted by phone last Thursday, waited 22 minutes and no-one picked up. Tried their virtual assistant, absolutely useless. Rang again today but gave up after 35 minutes. I can understand items maybe being out of stock even though it said available but decent courtesy would be to let the purchaser know. Absolutely deplorable service, well no service at all. Unbelievable. Manger CHRIS extremely rude and ill mannered to the customer . Not seen anywhere else such rude unaccepted customer service. He was putting all the blame on customer that customer actually complained for. Ikea is just a name. Extremely poor service. Do not go there and waste your time for Ikea craze. Just have to give rating so I had to mark one start else I should give the 0 or -10

We have been dealing with ikea now for the last couple of months and have been stuffed around numerous times…….. first they sent our order to the wrong town…. Never telling us anything….. we had to chase this up continuously…. Then once the order was delivered 3 of the large parcels were ripped and broken…. So they had to send out new parcels. Then once they got here they said they had booked the pack-n-send to setup our wardrobe this week. Turns out they had booked this for another town…. Then proceeded to inform us that they have no-one that comes to our area to do this and apparently never have. Not once in the excruciating months that we have been dealing with this has one person said this…… not once!! Then after calling ikea today they proceeded to refund us that amount for setup without our consent and refuse to help us in any way. I am truly disgusted and appalled at how ikea have handled this. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with! We are truly disgusted with how we’ve been treated and how ikea in North Lakes…. particularly the Supervisor there….Lauchlan….who then processed a refund without our consent and tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible without trying to help us in any way! Offering no help in finding anyone to help us set up our wardrobe. Truly disgusted!!
First requested service for major fault with item under warranty 24 March. Replacement item was eventually delivered 6 weeks later (10 May). New item left next to letter box on road side in heavy rain.
Pickup of old faulty item requested 15 May - has now been booked by ikea 4 times. Still sitting here.
