all services offices I spoke to. Jobseeker area
City where company is located (optional): who knows now days :(
Nothing but trouble. Can't get straight answers, different answers to same questions from different service officers, one called another a liar because they gave me a wrong answer. Couldn't understand the person so they transferred me & it hung up. Many times I have been hung up on by the switchboard. With an hour waiting time, it's not acceptable! Fix your transfer switchboard, its faulty.

Good to visit them if you had lost faith in Centrelink. Staff is well trained and do their best to assist in your queries/resolve them.
