Order placed two months ago & charged to my Credit Card, item still not available. Request cancel order and receive refund both via email and phone. NO RESPONCE from Company, unable to get anyone to reply.
David Jones has displayed their true selves in there attitude to medical appartied. What a person does with their medical history is none of anyone's business. I will never again step foot in any David Jones stores nor will my family and friends. You as a company have now shown your hostility to all those that have shopped with you. 40 years but NEVER AGAIN
So rude shop assistant would not let me enter the store to access mr car that was parked outside front entrance even though I had 7 minutes before store closed I’m old and she made me walk all the way around a huge shopping complex rathe than access through the store terrible nasty person plus I was horrified a shop assistant not wearing a mask when it’s the law to wear one how could she get away with that and no explanation
On 02jul2021 DJ charged our Visa card $3,013.95. Amongst other things we bought 2 sets of 4-cups-and-saucers. They should have cost us 2 * $399 (as per the DJ website) but we were charged 8 * $129. Furthermore we ere charged a $9.95 delivery when DJ's website says orders over $50 are delivered free. It took several emails and over 3 weeks for someone to call me, a young woman who insisted on knowing my name, address and birthday but would only tell me her 1st name: Ruth I think. It took several attempts for her to even understand my request and she offered to refund the $9.95 delivery fee. I said "Forget it.". Last time we'll buy anything from DJ.

absolutely awful to have phone call dealt with by a virtual computer service, you are meant to be a top store , this service is not acceptable, around in circles I went until I finally landed at the department I required. I prefer a human to answer the phone , I will not be contacting a David Jones again. I rang three different stores.
the staff at this sunshine coast David Jones store tried to cheat me out of a refund and give me an unwanted gift voucher instead of replacement item of the same or a refund , the staff are so out of control and rude I will never shop at any David Jones store again , the manager even took to following me around the store when I refused to leave without a replacement or refund and hunted around myself for a suitable replacement , the behaviour of the staff is beyond anything one would expect to find anywhere short of a mental institution , it is the law that my money was to be refunded if a suitable replacement was not available , David Jones staff seem unaware of the Law , David Jones staff managers should be re educated on what the law actually is when their item is faulty and they do not have a replacement , I have had enough of these corporate zombies who break the law while attacking the customer with un wanted illegal non solutions , like I said David Jones you are corporate thieves and your staff reflect your contempt for your customers , I will never spend one cent in your overpriced hellhole pretending to be a store , your rating is a zero so do not be mislead by the one star I had to tick to warn others about your un lawful cheating of customers and compliant zombie rude staff
Terrible customer service, no response or follow up from their service team. Order was placed a month ago and still has not left their premises. Nobody takes control of the situation. Online chat is ridiculous and the function of talking to an automated response does not work. Very disappointing for a major retailer.

Got wrong informations through the official website of DavidJones. The request of cancelatng been ignored by the great costomer service's forgattness and it has been misguided by poor quality of customer service again.
(Including holding $2000 my asset for own their mistakes.)
What would you expect of the quality of service? from where the costomer services supervisor even been inattentive to say
"I'm sorry you didn't read the policy"
you can't say that...poorly

especially when you costomer has requested the cancelation when it was the state of confirming the order.
(I have a screen shots with time..as well) so I did my proper actions following your company policy.
and your staff failed to process then dispatch them.
stop blaming others and please be a professional and training your people as well.
