DHL Australia complaints number & email.
DHL lied about having attempted delivery of a new tv to my home. I waited all day and no one came. I have a toddler and am 9 months pregnant and spent the whole day waiting for nothing. The following day my husband called and the woman said it would come that day. Again it never showed. I called the following day and the woman said it was never booked for delivery and so the first two attempts at communicating with DHL were met with lies. This woman then tells me she will book it in for delivery the following day which is today (Friday). I waited until midday and nothing arrived so I called again and another woman told me the tv was on the truck out for delivery but she couldn’t give me a time and that she would pass me on to the depot and they would call me within the hour. Two hours later the depot calls me and says “would you like to book your delivery for Monday or Tuesday?” So again the previous woman that said it was on the truck for delivery today was LYING. The woman telling me I had to wait until Monday was useless and offered no help or apology. DHL are a useless and awful delivery service and are completely incapable of making something convenient. I’m giving birth next week and now also have to wait around and hope that my tv will be delivered before I go into labour.
