tech support is only a word with dodo... for 3 days I have made many call only to be told we are busy call back in 15 minutes I rang 5 times every 15 minutes to get the same message. If you want a company that gives you phone support please for your own sake DO NOT CHOOSE DODO ON A SCORE OF 1 TO 1`0 THEY GET A MINUS 10. one star and if I could that would be minus
Just have to say to everyone who has an account with Dodo that this is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with and maybe you should consider changing providers if you want customer service and a decent product for example my mother is 92 years old and lives alone as that’s what she prefers rather than a nursing home recently I changed from telstra based on cost but what a mistake five days ago somehow her ADSL( which she doesn’t use) was disconnected which meant she no longer has a landline to make calls or receive calls after numerous calls to the Philippines to find out why this has happened no one knows and no one knows how to rectify the problem so in the meantime a 92 year old lady with medical conditions is unable to call triple 0 or her family because of Dodo’s incompetence what an absolute disgrace remember people you get what you pay for and this company is a disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade in Australia and if anyone can message me the address of head office in Melbourne it would be appreciated the Philippino lady could only give me a PO Box as no one in her department knows what the address of head office is what a joke don’t worry Dodo I’ll find out where you are and I’m coming to see you in person seriously people this company is beyond a joke
One of the most pathetic and horrible service. Calling them from last 2 day, spoke to 6 different representatives, wasted nearly 5-6 hours, still no outcome. This is I was applying for new Electricity, Gas, NBN connection with DoDo not an exciting customer asking for help.
I personally would not recommend anyone to DoDo.
I want to give negative rating , they speak like they are threatening you.
