Domino's complaints number & email.
Dominos forgot items from our order. We can not get threw to the landline number, puts you on hold for 4 mins only to hang up. Have been trying to get our delivery for over 2 hours
I sent a complaint about the quality of your pizza.,witch you have ignored.
Online order was given to another person without staff checking the order. I was told by staff member that i had to wait a further 15 minutes before they would re-do my order. I had to demand to speak to the manager. The compensation for their error & their delay was a bottle of drink. Completed an online complaint form & 3 days later, no acknowledgement from the company. I will NOT be wasting my money or time on this company again.
I've ordered my dinner only to find there was no garlic bread and no desserts when I've clearly paid
Dominos Hornsby has by far the worst service of any pizza shop arround. It is managed by people who don't care about customers. My initial order arrived late and cold and missing a garlic bread. After calling to complain, the delivery man returned the order to the store to pick up a new fresh order. Waited 73 minutes and the pizzas still haven't arrived. I called the store again, to be told that they couldn't find my order on their system. How pathetic, i will never ever get pizza from Dominos Hornsby again!
I can't even give them a single star. They don't deserve that.
I'm spending money at Dominos I do not see my rewards points I went to the Web site the Phone # is not complete and if I request to send an email they want to charge me $ 1.00 refundable.
I never hear something like this this is terrible Customer service.
I bought a pizza from Inglewood, WA, last night, order placed at 8:40pm. Early morning I spent an hour and a half on the toilet crippled in pain. I couldn't sleep because I was constantly up rushing to the toilet or throwing up.
I myself am a restaurant manager in Perth, therefore I am aware that all products on hand must have quality checks done and constant follow up of quality.
Mistakes can be made but not food safety!
I'm not looking for a hand out, (because I won't be coming back) I'm just looking for an acknowledgement that they are aware so this does not happen to future customers. NOT HAPPY!

i ordered Dominos Pizza at 16:16hrs, paid via Paypal,
Compliment - Online website for ordering process is excellent.
Complaints - received my food at 17:00hrs, where as on line it stated 16:38hrs (est) arrival...
no-one likes cold Pizza, plus the driver didn't come to the front door, i live on a corner block & you have to go past the front door to get to my back gate where the driver was attempting to deliver my cold Pizzas........ i'm not happy with the service or the food, it was disgusting.
presentation of driver - clean, conduct - polite,
but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that a 6 foot high back gate is not the front door, c'mon Dominos we pay for HOT FOOD not cold, and you if state you'll deliver to front door, bring it to the front door.
Order arrived late & cold ..... we customers pay for HOT FOOD to be delivered within a certain amount of time, we don't like companies that must think "we already have their money, they'll get their food if & when it gets delivered"
Dominos is my go to Pizza shop, but when your shops do this BS it makes me think you just don't want customers anymore........... it's not too hard to deliver HOT food or get delivery drivers that actually have some common sense...........
you're running a business but treat your customers with so much disrespect, what i do not understand is why you stay in this business if you just don't give a rats a.se about looking after your customers wants or needs, we pay good money for our food & the company or its employees treat us with contempt.......... correct your issues or lose another customer, i'm over the BS we get from Dominos. i only gave it a one(1-rating) because of ease of ordering on your website, the rest of the company has gone into the sh.tter..........
i've posted the complaint here on this site in the hope it'll be looked into by someone with some brains & will actually correct the issues at hand, (no disrespect to the receiver of this message, you're only doing your job, my anger is not directed at you personally)
Dominos seemed to have corrected their Customer Service, but now have reverted back to the way it was or worse.
Domino's Australia really disgusted in your staff’s service at Domino's Pizza Shellharbour tonight!, I ordered 2 Gluten-Free pizza for myself after having 3 Slices noticing the crust is very different to the other pizza I have! I knew something was wrong!
I ranged up and noticed the worker looked at the receipt that they have made 1 Gluten- Free Base Pizza, and the other one was a normal traditional pizza!🤬
I’m disgusted to know as why the workers DOES-NOT use the box to tick ✅ “ Gluten Free “ box, instead of creating new boxers for the looks… How about create new boxers for the workers to tick the box when it’s a “ Gluten Free, or Vegan Pizza “ not hard!!
Gluten Free is a disease over time the immune reaction to eating Gluten creates inflammation that damages the small intestines lining leading to medical complications! FIX the service!
Hopefully no one has to go through what I’m going through! Cause you could get very very sick! 😡 Fix the Service and double cheek the orders! Very disgusted
