Domino's Australia really disgusted in your staff’s service at Domino's Pizza Shellharbour tonight!, I ordered 2 Gluten-Free pizza for myself after having 3 Slices noticing the crust is very different to the other pizza I have! I knew something was wrong!
I ranged up and noticed the worker looked at the receipt that they have made 1 Gluten- Free Base Pizza, and the other one was a normal traditional pizza!🤬
I’m disgusted to know as why the workers DOES-NOT use the box to tick ✅ “ Gluten Free “ box, instead of creating new boxers for the looks… How about create new boxers for the workers to tick the box when it’s a “ Gluten Free, or Vegan Pizza “ not hard!!
Gluten Free is a disease over time the immune reaction to eating Gluten creates inflammation that damages the small intestines lining leading to medical complications! FIX the service!
Hopefully no one has to go through what I’m going through! Cause you could get very very sick! 😡 Fix the Service and double cheek the orders! Very disgusted
I ordered a couple of pizzas for myself and my family and after a 2 hour wait my pizzas still havent arrived so i went to the domino's in Columbia ms. When i arrived there the staff was all nice and busy and very polite. All besides 1 person the general manager her name is Danielle Pullen. All the staff was busy at work besides her. She was sitting on a chair on her phone when the phone was ringing. I yelled for some help and still nothing so i proceeded to the office that i could see from the front desk amd knocked politely. This woman slammed her phone down and asked me "what the hell do i want" and i said excuse me maam i am a customer and everybody else is busy working on pizzas can you please help me with my order. She littlerly jumped up and slammed the door in my face. After this i was outragged lucky the employees on duty seen the incident and immediately came to help me. Everything was fine but this 1 womans attitude she was extremely rude. And after she came out before i left she didnt even apologize she littlerly went to her car and was talking on the phone while smoking.
have the pizzas shrunk ?, or am i growing , at 66 years old .... mind you , the prices havent shrunk !

On 19/4/22 I attended Dominoes Pitza Northmead Nsw. Picking up 4 pizzas and using my credit card as payment.
As has been the custom and practice at this shop for many years I also showed my seniors card expecting the 5% discount wich has always been the custom .
I was informed that the manager BRAHAM had told him to inform me specifically that they have never have offered it and that is the way it is
When I tried to explain this has been on offer for quite a few years and I know what I am talking about as I am a regular customer and this is the first time is is being denied.
I must express in the strongest possible terms that I was embarrassed in front of customers and the staff I really felt disrespected and belittled as that discount has always been applied on production of that card .
At the end of the day it’s only 5% and not the end of the world but to be told that I was in essence a liar is inexcusable.
in a competitive marked this is not the way to treat loyal and long standing customers and an experience forget I would understand if the privilege has bee withdrawn but not this way remedial feedback and coaching on that discount is also in order to the staff they after all only obey the directive of their manager .
I asked and paid for extra topping on an XL Hawaiian pizza only to get 5 or 6 strands of ham per slice.
When asked where the extra ham I paid for was, all I got was cheek.
Both service and pizza are below standards I expect from your company.
kurri won,t deliver to heddon greta because of head office policy .
Cliftleigh cant deliver due to flooding And isolation.
head office will not move on their policy of kurri cannot deliver to heddon greta
because it falls under the cliftleigh area
Somebody needs to get their head out of the sand/arse and step in and fix this

This dominoes establishment located in Ipswich is an embarrassment to the entire dominoes franchise!! I used to love dominoes but after experiencing disgusting, shocking, rude and unprofessional service, I will not be going there ever again and I’ll be sure to tell all the locals to avoid this place. They don’t bother to tell you that they have run out of ingredients so they make you a random disgusting pizza that you did not order and then deny ever having made a mistake, I tried to speak to the owner of the Ipswich store when this happened to me but he was so rude and continuously denied and denied that there was a problem and refused to refund me. He is a very rude very aggressive Indian man who is so unprofessional and I can tell he treats his staff like crap and that some are his friends and the also treat customers badly and make the worst pizzas. !! Don’t waste your money don’t ever go here !!
We placed an order for my kids around 2010 at your Domino's branch sec49 order got accepted but wasn't delivered untill 2115..when called them to check status instead of being apologetic staff was rude n banged the phone without fully hearing us.
I called today at 6:57 PM to order and was told it would be a 3 hour wait! Whats going on? I had to call twice to get them to answer the phone. Called pizza hut, answered right away, friendly servuce. Pizza the way!
