Ebay is forcing me to pay for a team member failing to cancel a postage label as instructed by myself on the day it was created, their support staff has been completely inept in resolving the issue, you can not speak to someone on the phone, disgraceful service form such a large company, I will be avoiding all dealings with this company in future.
What a joke. Ring the 1800 number provided here its a recorded message to go to the website, which sends you to OS call centre who literally refuse to help, and advise to WRITE A LETTER TO AN AMERICAN ADDRESS
I bought 2 pack 160 LED motion sensor lights from prime-shops(144498569748).
They never worked, I have video evidence of this. I contacted the seller, back and fourth since 27/5/22. I did everything the seller asked, returned the faulty goods. They never intended to pay the return postage.
After I contacted eBay customer service a few times, and emails as well. I realized the seller didn't follow eBay return policy.
eBay told me they would look into it, and I have heard nothing.
Very disappointed with the seller and even more with eBay. I have dispute number SR#1-444337557016.
Seller treated me like an idiot, you have records of everything.
eBay customer service lied to me by telling me $12.70 would be refunded by either the seller or eBay.
Now nearly 3 months has passed, no refund no response from eBay, seems like it has been swept under the carpet.

Absolutely outrageous customer service! It is the second day I am unable to contact ANYONE over the phone, email or chat. My account seems to be hacked but no one cares!
Hi I recently had a ebike for sale on ebay and a person bought it but it was stolen the same night. I never recieved any funds for the sale only ebay did which they refunded the buyer. However ebay charged me a sale fee of $220.00 to my bank account then 1 hour later the locked my ebay account. I contacted customer support who said it was a mistake and they refunded me the $220.00 but after three days it still had not gone into my bank so I contacted ebay again this time they tell me that the funds are on my ebay account and won't be sent to my bank account for 72 days because my account is restricted and they said they can not tell me why. So went on my ebay account and I am blocked from selling not buying and I have $220 available in my account balance. So I tried to make a purchase and im not able to use them funds so I contact ebay again and they said that them funds can only be refunded to my bank account and not used for making purchase but I'm not allowed to have my money for 72 days.
So ebay locked my account an hour after they withdrew $220 from my bank account knowing that because of the restriction on my account I won't be seeing my money for 72 days nor can I spend it on my account. This can not be legal can it. I'm extremely broke ATM and they took $220 from my account that I definitely needed as it was rent money. Ebay them selves agreed the money was mistakenly taken from my account & will not refund me I've contacted them multiple times but they don't care.
Products were genuine (2 x Wahl dog clippers). They arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and were as per order. Sydney Salon supplies price matched the clippers.
