When we called Electrolux about a problem with our Westinghouse oven, they informed us that a callout fee would be incurred regardless of the nature of the problem.
The technician was a real person, and he gave a thorough explanation of the problem, along with its origin and mechanism. He waived the callout cost because the oven's simple setting was the problem! Thank you for being an honest and moral tradesman/technician!

I worked there for 3 days and on my 4th day after being there for 2 hours I was asked to leave due to needing someone to learn faster.People aren’t robots

Besides instead of your staff who’s working with the drivers, She should stop chatting, cooking food in the oven and spending more time out of the office!

.Thats why the job isn’t being done as she’s not working.or training for that matter.

You can’t even ask her a couple of questions without her getting ticked off.

New staff aren’t to be blamed for her inability to do her job.

She’s also a big DRAMA QUEEN crying in the office seeking attention from staff, then laughing next on the phone.Fake tears.she is an attention seeker. You can tell. Then I hear she’s fighting with her partner at work.God knows what goes on in that office usually.

Shes useless in teaching, for the 1 hour that I spent with her as she’s out of the office frequently. I had a younger 19 year girl who did way of a better job than her.

She should be looked at for disasters in the office!
