just horrendous to get anyone that can help..just passed from one dept to another and they then cut you off if they can't answer the inquiry..i am a supposedly diamond customer i have been with them from the day they started in Australia 25 years ago..i don't know who is responsible for recruitment but they are severely lacking in their job..that goes for Technical dept and customer service..all i want to do is disconnect but that is one of the most difficult things to do at foxtel..so disappointing and sad at the same time..they were very good at one time.

DO NOT JOIN FOXTEL - their customer service is disgraceful. They take your money but do not provide any equipment or connection - this has happened to me for the past 5 months. I took them to court and they lied, but were found guilty, but since then they have breached the court orders and refuse to provide me with a service. I have written 27 formal complaints and not a single one has been responded to.
