Today at around seven o'clock, I had dinner and received excellent service.
Since it opened, I have visited numerous times, and each time I go, the food is always fresh and the wait times are short.

Hungry jacks port Kennedy wa
Went there to get decaffeinated coffee .they don’t do it ..yet McDonald do and other places
So maybe hungry jacks could change that by buying decaffeinated coffee
Also the bathrooms toilets were disgusting .smelled and unclean unkept ..really dirty
Looks like has not being cleaned in sometime

It was extremely busy,drive thru was backed up. I went to the counter,also extended wait times. They were up to 405 so I went to the loo,a mine was 412. I looked at the order board, it had no order on it.. I went to the.counter to find it had.been called ten minutes ago and everything was cold. The chips were like cardboard and the long awaited crispy chicken burgers cold as well. Not a tasty experience.

I went to the Hungry Jacks at Hackham South Australia , on the 15/9/2021 at about 5 10pm .
Walked in to order a meal the manager that was serving did not have her mask covering her nose as it says on the window and serving desk ( masks must be worn or no service) which I thought was pretty bad for a manager she was not showing the other workers a good example. There was two girl workers just standing around not doing anything as the manager was to busy getting online orders done there was no communication what’s so ever with any of the workers to the people that were inside waiting for there orders. The lady doing the drive thru orders called my order out and that was it I didn’t know what drinks were mine when I asked the young girl , what drinks are mine she said to me “what” I said to her I have my meal but what drinks are mine so she took 2 cups of coke out of the cup holder and walked off, she was very rude don't think she wanted to be there with the attitude she has I wish I put her in her place.
I also ordered 2 sundaes which were sitting there on the counter waiting for my meal to be ready so when I got in the car they were like a milkshake not a sundae.
I have been to this hungry jacks heaps and this is the first time I have been treated so rudely I wish I got there names, if they serve me like that again I will not hold back and tell they exactly what I think . The young girl not sure why she’s there cause she didn’t do anything the whole time I was there except be rude...
There should be one doing online orders, one doing inside orders and one doing drive thru, there was one serving and doing online orders which was the manager, two girls not doing anything, and the drive thru girl doing inside orders as well as the drive thru know wonder there was a huge line up in the drive thru.
You need to sort out who does what in there as I’m sure I’m not the only that was pissed off.

Absolutely disgusting service. 2 times I have ordered online only to arrive and be told that they are closed. Website has 9pm open too but closed at 8pm like wtf. Close whenever they feel like it. If they are closing earlier they need to update website as thats how most people see the open/closing times. They were so rude about it. I legit arrived at 8.02pm

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received tonight.
Once my order was completed $39 later …
I was told no bottled water for my grandchild.
After being offered a cup of water I declined and asked for my money back .. the young girl looked really annoyed and stormed off for a bit ..I gestured her over to say a bottle of coke would be fine ..don’t have any …ok what do you have ..settled on an apple juice which she slammed into the drink tray.
Once my food order arrived I quickly checked the order as I always do …an almost empty chip container with the chips spilt everywhere…she was furious and raised her voice to say she didn’t do it …I also spoke loud and said well I certainly didn’t …granted she put a new one in .
Both of our burgers were wrong and we received no toys …books that they had their hearts on .
It sounds trivial but the whole experience was not good …we will never use this store again.
There was no value for money at all.

Service what service. Waited 30 minutes for food. The people in drive thru got out of their cars cause it took so long. Rude staff. Never ever come back had enough of the revolting food and attitudes.
