Customer service absolutely pathetic
I have purchased online twice for the same item and get cancelled twice.
1st when I ordered and get cancelled the reason is stock is no longer available nation wide.
Then few days after is available BUT the price went up DOUBLE!!
So i waited .. then suddenly is available with the original price which i am not certain what's going on.
So I ordered then few days get cancelled again!!!
This is unacceptable, I know what it means by Limited Stock
But this is like twice ???

it's been couple of weeks since i have ordered this and today when i made a call and ask for my order, instead of answering they hung up. like seriously this is how you work. i got 2 of things from same order at same address and this only item can't be delivered there because the address is wrong b*** s***.
Absolutely disgusting from all ladies at the perfume counter
They have a "What's My Size" link on the page of the product. The only way to determine your size is if you have tried on a brand of jeans they have in their system which I haven't. Why do they not stick with the old size guide with hip measurement and waist measurement? Also, can't email them which means impossible to contact if you are hearing impaired. It's like they don't want your business unless you fit a very narrow section of society.
Need to make the store more enticing. Should be able to pay by card or cash at any register which is not happening.
Need to review your fashion stick. Buyers need to buy a wide range of fresh and exciting fashion. Old stock has been in stores year after year.
Layout of stores is old hat needs to attract customers to go in the store.
Limited range if dinner wear.
I hope you find this constructive feedback rather than me complaining. I love shopping but I get put off by the above mentioned issues.
did anyone noticed that none of Myer website have a Feedback or Chat or Consumer Support or Customer Support or Resolution of conflicts department or Complaints. for the past 3 weeks I have been dialing 13 69 37 and each time I did not get anyone to talk to because this number does not work at all. I was each time more than 30 minutes and last week I had three times connected but after 4-5 seconds Myer disconnected call and all started over again. so I gave up on such "excellent" communication and went to Southland store. and they (manager) does not know anything at all. so there is only one way to deal with enquiry is to write to Myer. and it is 21 century. 99.9 % of businesses moved on paperless online but Myer. Myer does not have a Chat. si it not abnormal ?????? simple real estate agency have Chat functions but no Myer.
Clearly there was some one serving an estee lauder product and aftrr waiting so long i was asked by someone else to come back when someone from estee lauder was working. I waited ages and called and they said it was fine to come. Liers
I placed an online order from Myer (4 small identical items). Only three have arrived. Have waited on the phone for online order for over an hour. There is no other avenue to pursue. Terrible service
Great had my click and collect Christmas tree cancelled on me as went in store had not received .email for confirmation. Because they can’t spell the word bigpond (boons). Rang Myer on hold for ages to be then sent the email confirming order once they spelt bigpond right. To be told this order was cancelled on me. They won’t sell store stock so great thanks for your no service .only gave a star as no choice to give no star.
