Only received part of my order. Called the 13 number several times, waiting for up to 1 hour and no response. Seems nowhere to go.
Complained through PayPal. Seems the only way to get any response.
I ordered some skirts on Myer. I never received my order. I have tried emailling and calling. Never getting anywhere. I do not live near a store and cannot go in and complain. I don't know where my order is and I can't get a refund because they refuse to answer their phones or reply to my emails. What a joke!

I recently purchased a Ralph Lauren fragrance on the promise that I'd be receiving a bonus gift bag. The fragrance arrived unaccompanied, no apology or even a heads up that it was now out of stock. When I made contact to rectify the matter I was simply told it's out of stock and that if I wanted to return the item it'll be @ my cost. I am utter disgusted in the lack of service that I've received and the mere fact that Myer will not deliver on their promise. If I could give less than 1 star as a rating I would.
Manager was Rude and Arrogant. Did not wear a mask and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I advised him about the error from his side but kept on saying, this is click and pick cant help you. He sounded like a broken record. What kind of Service are Myer One Customers receiving. I will never shop there again. Especially that the Managers are not even considering its customers safety by not being Covid Safe and wearing a mask.
First order (just signed up) was a broken wooden wagon wheel of $171.95 . Don't think I will spending with them ever again!
Why does Myer have such poor customer service? I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and on-line orders are crazy but when trying to contact them via phone, I do not expect to be on hold for an hour. Myer are particularly vocal when they are loosing money and yet their service remains poor. You reap what you sow :( I actually have to provide a rating, I would give Myer zero stars!
The similar situation happens to me as well. I ordered some cosmetics with MYER at the beginning of July. And then the Courier advised that the package was damaged and asked me to contact MYER. After that, I contacted MYER twice and returned with all the excuses to investigate. This whole matter lasts for three weeks with no email acknowledgement or reply from MYER. The fact is so clear. They simply costs the customers' monies and time and ignore their internal control issue. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced. Other online sales business would have resolved the problem within three days.
If there is a negative rating, I would rate negative.
