very misleading advertising, purchased dinner sets and various pieces to go with dinner set, advertised as buy 2 of the same item and receive 30% discount. I really wanted an 8 placing dinner set so purchased two of the same dinner sets along with 2 of other pieces that went with dinner set. Noted that the product was already discounted. But the total amount never changed if I placed 1 for each item or placed 2 for each item. I find this very misleading and am still waiting to have a response from complaints. Order number is 1102105508.
I was in Myers Eastgarden midday today and was waiting to be served when the staff just walked away. He did not acknowledge us nor did he say anything. After waiting for a while I asked him if we could assist us as he was just folding clothings and making himself look as if his was doing something. He replied but I was unable to hear what he was saying as an elderly woman walked a crossed behind the counter and mentioned that they worked for Polo and that someone will be with us. I was annoyed as they chose not to serve us and made a remark that someone would be with us despite no efforts from them to call anyone to assist us. Obviously we were quite shocked with that type of response and as no other staff was around we had to look for another counter to pay for the clothings. It would have been helpful if they mentioned that they only serve customer’s with a particular product or if they were not going to assist us at all….at minimum, the customer should be given some kinda of Cust service. No greeting, no acknowledgment not communication. They may work for the brand but their attitudes reflect on how consumers see the store as they are working in that store. I was glad that we were assisted by a more polite Myers staff (Adeline). I honestly hope no one else gets this type of treatment.
I ordered dream camper on 4 jan 2022 for my niece. It’s been more than two months i m waiting for my product. Please cancel my order and give me my refund. I can’t wait till my death. Won’t order anything from Myer in future
I ordered a:
MultiPro Express+ Weigh Food Processor Silver FDM71970SS on 31/12/2021. the Click and Collect order was accepted and I used my COLES/MYER voucher to pay.
Hours later the order was cancelled and my refund is being processed using a MYER voucher. I do not wish to have a MYER voucher. Given this is an error at MYER's end and a fault in their system I would like my refund by the METHOD THAT I PAID WITH which is a COLES/MYER voucher.
NOT HAPPY MYER.
Today when I went to Mac in Myer, I was looking for some products but I needed help so I called one of the staff. I called her multiple times but she kept saying one second. She saw that I was waiting for a long time but never decided to come until another staff came. She never helped us so I had to walk out of the store.
Order was sent to WA when I'm clearly not in WA I'm on Qld. It's been a month now and it's still in WA and they won't refund me. They say I need to keep waiting for the item to be redirected back to me probably won't be till January. Pathetic customer service, not buying from there again ever.

Chose one star for rating as I was unable to choose 0 as they deserve following my experience. Ordered an Our Generation product reduced to $249 from $499 online for my daughter for Christmas. Receive email today from courier service advising that item is on board for delivery. Package received and instead of receiving ordered OG toy received incorrect order placed by someone else for perfume. Contacted Myer's customer service line and was advised that they would not be sending out my order until the incorrect item was received back to Myer. Explained to them that the reason that I had purchased online versus going into store is that I suffer from a Chronic illness and have been at home since lockdown due to risk of COVID and my health condition. Was advised to go to the Post office purchase a box at my expense and send it back to them at my cost. When I advised again the reason that I could not do this and requested that they arrange a courier to pick up the parcel i was told that I would need to arrange this and pay for the cost to return the item and i would be reimbursed with a Myer gift card. So not only am I inconvenienced by having to contact the courier, arrange for pick up of the item and pay for courier service Myer will benefit from the incompetence of their own staff and will then also make money out of me by giving me a voucher to be used only at their store!!!! Unbelievable. Poorest customer service i have ever had to deal with. It's no wonder they are in the situation they are in and closing so many stores with customer service like this. Myer pick up your game. Will be spending my dollars only at DJ's in future. The customer sevice at DJ's is second to none.
I received an email yesterday from couriers pleas saying that they had attempted to deliver my item, but I was not home. this is totally incorrect. and when i looked in the tracking they said they had left a card in my mail box. Again incorrect. no visit, no card. they are a hopeless company. I have had he same problem with them previously. You should not ever use them. and where is mu iem??

1 thing came. The rest hasnt arrived.
Australia post hasnt replyed to my tracking inquiry. So rang myer to see wjere it is.
Usless. Women was quite abrupt and unhelpfull.
Luckily I know someone who works for Australia post and is going to try amd find it.
The item wont fit the baby by the time it arrives.
So disappointed. Ill never order online from myer again. No wonder the company is struggling.
