Hi Optus, I wish to cancel my service with your rubbish company, it is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I cannot believe that this would happen in a modern country.
5days to solve an NBN problem and no closer to solving it, multiple handoffs, calls cutting out, people not able to help, rubbish IVR system, stupid messing system, people who dont know what to do and say, and finally being told that the NDN line is faulty, PROVDING DETIALS MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE SAME CALL, WHY WAS THIS NOT PICKED UP WHEN I 1ST CALLED ???
I thought Vodafone was worse, but Optus takes the cake, worst telco in 27 years in Australia !!
