The prices on the internet were unbelievable. When you asked simple queries, the personnel was completely unaware of it. I refrained from entering the swimming pool since it was extremely chlorinated and murky white. Perhaps if management set out some time to update all staff members on everything during a toolbox meeting prior to each voyage.
Very frustrated with this cruise line. Our cruise was cancelled twice by P&O due to Covid when we were able to rebook, we had to cancel as a death in the family. Now I cannot get a response on rebooking the cruise. I have been emailing them since Dec with no luck, any suggestions?
