I have ordered a TRAMPOLINE in the deadline to receive the order in time before Xmas, for my kids Santa, I only received 1 of 2 consignement, the an incomplete order. I have sent multiple messages thur the Ozsale website under contact us,, and always get the same generic answer from a customer servioce advisor, we cannot contact your company on the phone, apparently my complaint has been escalated and i am still waiting to hear from the escalation team. It's a very bad service in terms of delivery and communication. I just tried your number and it even disconnected !! You have taken my money and not delievered my product in full. Nobody is here to help. I am still waiting for the second part of the order which hasn't even been sent from the warehouse !! I believe there is NO STOCK !! Delivery failed, and no response from your representatives, really poor service, I need a refund of the delivery fee, and I need to receive the shipment ASAP.
I received a refurbished ohonecthst was supposed to ne un excelkent confition. Thextouch screen didnt swipe, the battery was a dud and only lasted an hour befire it was flat snd when i received a call it would ring but not show up on the ohine so i couldn't answer it. You can only return items through their customer service websitecportal - there is no phone number ir email that is replied to. It took 11 enails to report the problem and upload a video and 4 weeks to resolve the issue! I requested a full refund multiple tines snd have just received an email telling me they are srnding me out another refurbushed phone!?! I had also paid $35 for a tempered glass screen to becout in the phone, sent them the email requesting that ne reimbursed and they send me iut snither ohone which will most likely be another broken phone. So i have to spend another month sending it back trying to get my money back. I osud fir a phone in "excellent condition" not good or fair. This cimoany is dodgy and un trustworthy. There is zero customer service response.
They said they were out of stock and so refunded me. I checked and I got no refund.
I ordered a bed for my son in early Aug21 and some parts got delivered late August'21. I was missing a part that we need to assemble the bed and I chase this people (Ozsale) since August about the missing part. I tried to ring but no answer. I emailed like so many times, only one answer since and more follow up emails and still no answer until now.
This people are hopeless, don't how they managed their business and cannot even answer people's queries and complains. They don't answer calls, they don't answer emails, that's how bad this business is. From now on there is no way I will order from this people anymore and that is my only advise to everyone, if ever you need to buy something or anything, get it somewhere else EXCEPT FROM OZSALE, they are hopeless and useless people. I wish their business will not last long the way they handle their business and I'm looking forward to hear that one day.
As I write this review, I still don't have any answer from them nor my part order order is still not delivered until now, with my son sleeping on the floor since we got rid of his old bed in August, just imagine the inconvenience we have right now.
So Ozsale get your act together!!!!
Bought a portable ice cube maker on 18th of August as a gift for Father’s Day. It is now 16th of September and neither ozsale or the courier aramex cannot tell me why my parcel is still in Melbourne where it is coming from. Tracking details provided not updated. Ozsale phone number cannot be contacted only through the website on “contact us” by sending a message. Sent multiple messages, it stated on the conversation that 1-2 business days response. Not true.
Also returned an item back to them with my own expense which I was ok with. Sent it back to them august 30 and according to the tracking details, they have already received my return on September 2. I asked them for an update with that return, no answer. I have never experienced this kind of customer service online until now. I am very frustrated and stress about it.
Received 65 inch tv had cracked screen from delivery guys that cant read packaging

I want to return a dress that does not fit is see through and I can't wear it! I can't ring it won't let me return on line this is a terrible service I am sending it back as it is useless with a letter of complaint and I hope they return my money or I will travel to Weatherill park from tweed heads and blow up not happy Jen Bilambil heights nsw
