I made a purchase online from Rivers late June. I’m still to receive my purchases. I’ve raised this issue with Rivers and for 2 weeks just receive an automated reply. I try contacting and a message tells me that they are receiving high volume of calls and cannot get to me today.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Why does nobody is Revesby seem.to answer the phone - no matter how many times you both to call. Very disappointing to say the least. Not worth the one star given - 1/2 or 1/4 is more appropriate.

I am disgusted with the customer service after ordering online they said id get a confirmation email. Well never recieved that. Then i contacted rivers by their facebook page messenger and never recieved a reply. What sort if business are you running?? What a disgrace treating your customers like this. Your customers keep your business afloat and you treat them with disrespect wow.... if i could give no stars i would

Took over 2 months for an order to be received, then incorrect clothing. I ordered mens shirts and womens clothing from Millers received. Afer a further 2 weeks and 8 phone calls still nothing. I have now requested a refund and after several days still no action. Their customer care is a call centre in the Philippines and they are not allowed to even transfer my calls to a supervisor. Do not deal with this extremely shady business. As they need an overseas call centre for errors and complaints i hate to think of the huge number of complaints they must have.

Dress

Ordered a green dress back in January . Got an email telling me the dress was on its way, at last !
Dress arrived it is a dull stripe monstrosity ! Contacted Rivers straight away , no reply have been ignored . Now I am going to go to consumer affairs . I have all the proof to give them. I’m sure they have had many complaints re Mosacic Brand ( Miller’s , Katies , Rivers etc )
I have warned all my family and friends Not to buy from them .

I bought a t shirt online and waited for a month for it to be delivered. From this day I still havent recieved it. I rang the complaints line and the lady said it hadn't even left the warehouse. I asked for a refund nicely, she said she could give me a refund and never got that either. Im never shopping at River's clothinf store again. So I got no service. Sunday the 6th of March 2022. Very Poor Customer service. I purchased five lady clothes on 26th Feb 2022 and have received one cloth and four items have not been received to date when I contacted them they have shown their inability by saying the items have been delivered whereas I have not received the same.

What service?

I placed an order (11644815) on April 14th. I contacted Customer services by phone on 09/05, 11/05, 18/05 & 20/05. Ticket# 4071002. I have also submitted emails none of which have been responded to. I am still to receive something other than it's a problem getting in touch with the warehouse. What's worse I am being bombarded with emails daily with bargains when they can't even supply the items I ordered in the middle of April

Customer service and delivery - both disgustingly poor

Rivers accepted my order on 13 November, and two weeks later it hasn’t even been packed yet. Tried asking for help online but only got generic responses, tried calling and had to wait so long on my pay-per-minute phone plan that I ran out of credit. The have my money but I have no product. They are still advertising the products online so they must have them. I will report them to ACCC.
