Rivers Australia complaints number & email.
I placed an order with Rivers on 1st December 2021 and I have still not received it. Emails are not being answered and I can't get through on the phone . I have just found where you can talk to an assistant online but they have the gall to ask for you credit card number to charge you to do this. Disgraceful all I want is my order or my money refunded in full
I received sandals for Christmas and left shoe clicks when I walk . I went to glenorchy on 27th at 140 pm and was told no exchange without receipt I explained they are faulty and cannot wear them .i asked to see manager and was told she will tell you the same I still have tags and price on shoes I felt she was very short and not helpful at all. My daughter bought five pair of shoes on that day so could have explained that would be on her rivers card but didn’t get chance to tell her that ! Thankyou
I am disgusted with Rivers. I placed an order three weeks ago and have still not received it. I have tried to ring only getting a generic message and email several times with no response. They are pleased to take your money but do not send the product or even return your inquiry

placed an order on 16th Nov, 2021 still waiting for delivery. Never again will I be ordering from this company and will not recommend them to anyone. Thwy have my money be haven't produced the goods. Bad management
Placed an order online on 6th November and after 2weeks Tried asking for help online only one item arrived. I have emailed them but only got generic responses. I called them i was told that the rest of the order will be posted that week. But nothing. Its been over month and my order has not arrived. The have my money but I have no product. I will also report them to ACCC
After waiting 7 weeks & many emails later, 2 of my 3 items ordered on line finally turned up. When asked when the third might arrive was told it was now out of stock but was in stock when I placed the order, it just took so long to complete. Not impressed, lost me as a customer, certainly won’t recommend.
Still waiting on an order placed 6 weeks ago. Evidently 2 of the items are now somewhere with Aust. Post but there has been no response to any of my emails re 3rd item. Not all impressed....lost me as a customer, won’t recommend on-line buying to friends.
Made and spent over $400 on my order which was made on the 2 SEP for father's day. 3wks later still no ETA on tracking number, called customer service several times, and still haven't been able too contact the warehouse. Poor management
I made a purchase online from Rivers late June. I’m still to receive my purchases. I’ve raised this issue with Rivers and for 2 weeks just receive an automated reply. I try contacting and a message tells me that they are receiving high volume of calls and cannot get to me today.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Why does nobody is Revesby seem.to answer the phone - no matter how many times you both to call. Very disappointing to say the least. Not worth the one star given - 1/2 or 1/4 is more appropriate.
