The after sales service at Sony
I have been attempting to call Sony for over a week now. I have spent about 8 hrs on the phone on hold. I have had my call disconnected 3 times after spending at least an hour on hold. I have hung up after spending over 2 hours on hold. I have tried the “online chat option twice, first time , finally got to the head of the very long queue, only to be informed there was no operators to assist with my enquire, please try again later. Second time, finally got someone (Euan) on the end of the chat, only to be told he couldn’t help me and to call the number that never answers!
Then called the “complaints line” only to be directed back to the same ridiculous number!
Appalling service Sony! I will never, ever buy a Sony product again simply because the service is non existent. Sony “support” my foot!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!
I would give zero stars, but that isn’t allowed😡
