Target Australia complaints number & email.
I too had an online order cancelled without reason and I was told I could only purchase in store from now on.
Why my order was cancelled I have no idea I can only think I made a mistake in the card number, but I am given no second chance to rectify my mistake. After appealing to Customer Support to give me a chance to rectify the matter I get the same auto email as I got the first time, after yet another email to Customer Support again I got the same auto email. I have to smile to myself, it's called customer support but you never actually get to have a conversation or exchange with a human. Anyhow on March 22nd I sent an email to guest.services@target.com I received an auto generated email confirming email had been received and they would be in touch SAP. Well today is April !st and still no response from them, wonder when SOON AS POSSIBLE is with Target?
Anyhow it's been a miserable experience trying to deal with them so I'm off elsewhere.
OH! I have to give a rating before I am allowed send this review and I have to give one star when it would be more appropriate to give none,
Horrible experience. Ordered for click and collect specifically mentioning to be collected from a single store. After 8 days and no update, chatting and calling I get to know I need to collect one from a Aus GPO private box and the other at the store. On calling Target customer care, they tell me I need to contact AusPost and manage them to send the parcel to the store. This when I never even asked for it to be delivered to 2 different places. Bad support, bad delivery , bad everything, no doubt its not doing great. I am definitely not shopping from you and happy you are shutting down - 0 stars to you.

Made an online order and paid $749 only for the order to be cancelled 2 hours later. Target still debited my account the full amount, were unable to explain the reason behind cancelling my order and i am out of pocket $749 until i receive my money back in up to 7 working days. Furthermore, the item i wanted is now unavailable and unavailable at other retailers, Target refused to co-operate or assist in finding an acceptable solution and have left me incredibly disappointed. No assistance to speak to management or request a call back. Utterly atrocious customer service - shop somewhere else for reliability, no doubt branded products are available elsewhere.
Well I ordered a Barbie Dream House online for $189 they took the money from my card then sent email saying my order had been cancelled and on top of that they made me wait 5 days before I got my money back that is not wright and when I called they could not tell me why it was cancelled so that makes me not want to buy or even go into a target store even again not good business at all and the please explain why they could not even give me a reason
